Simple process - good experience

Took a very long time to get paid. Rubbish communication from the company - despite emailing numerous times, never had a single response. Other than emailing, impossible to get in touch with Toy Exchange. Companies House shows this company is just run by two guys in their 20s with limited cash flow. Beware.

I wasn’t happy with the amount paid out for the package I sent it was much less than quoted (which wasn’t much to begin with). I reluctantly accepted the payout but contacted them to ask advice about how I could potentially improve the value of the next package. Months later they still haven’t bothered to respond hence I haven’t sent them anything else. It’s a shame because I thought it was a great solution to recycling the toys you don’t need anymore.

Speedy process from start to finish

Trade ended as it was supposed to ...but. very slow , sent email and never got a reply, tracking service was no good .
Said that after 30 days of nothing received email confirming they received the goods and payment was in bank a few hours after

Organised a sale of my sons Lego with prepaid label. Parcel was delivered by DHL and a confirmation email received well over a week ago and I have heard absolutely nothing.. no confirmation of receipt or acknowledgement to my follow up emails. Very disappointed

Sold some Lego to the company. Easy process and their website provided good guidance. Postage was paid for by them and then within a few days of them receiving the package the money was in my account. Would recommend!

Do not use this company. My son sent them 8kg of Lego - confirmed delivered on 16/09 and not received payment 2 weeks later. They won’t even respond to emails chasing!

Excellent experience.

Though I had to initially wait to sell my lego as the website was on holiday and then backlogged, once I did, the service was flawless and unproblematic. I had to wait a little over a week between shipping my lego until being paid.

Posted the mixed Lego, and received the money in the bank days later.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Toy exchange this time. They did not respond to my emails, were slow to pay and paid the wrong amount to the amount agreed, I did eventually have the correct amount paid.
