I have not received my case since beginning of November! No one is responding to the emails. I was supposed to get it by the end of November the latest! What is happening? Can someone contact me?

Have ordered twice. First time got my order and replies to the emails I sent, also liked the cover.
When I ordered a second time because I got a new phone, I never received my cover nor any replies to the countless of emails I sent

Used to love this company, I ordered a case on 21st april 2022 and after months of constantly emailing, messaging on instagram and waiting, I have heard nothing back. I don’t know what’s happened to this company whether they’ve gone bust or what but if they have they should at least remove their website instead of ghosting every order. Their stock is also still updating so I don’t know what that is about. Used to be a very good company but that’s over now I suppose.

I placed 2 separate orders on 2/12/22 and haven't received the items, any update, or response to my inquiries. I've followed up multiple times via their support email (info(at)toxic.amsterdam) and directly via the 'contact us' form on their website (toxic-amsterdam(dot)com/pages/contact-us-1) without a response.

Ordered and received nothing. Emails go nowhere. No response. Absolute scam.

Ordered months ago. Not shipped. Support not answering my emails about my order.

Paid and received half the order. Never any reaction from them

I ordered a case, have no idea how long ago, every time I would try to send them an email, I would get an automatic response saying they’ll respond in 3-5 business days, which never happened. Few weeks later I lost it! I started sending them emails daily, I commented on their posts on instagram, I sent them bunch of messages in dms, and let me tell you something-I was rude! A week later I got an email saying they shipped the order and still didn’t believe it since there was no tracking number, but after 15 days I ended up getting the case! Being rude maybe works, but, there are lots of people who didn’t get anything and still paid for it, so do not order from this site, save your nerves!

my friends and i all ordered cases from them. we all ordered the same ones however the all looked different (different form/text size/ size, etc) and we all had the same model. after a few days the edge of my case detached completely. horrible quality. i emailed them and never got a response. good concept, bad quality

By far the worst website I have ordered on. It has been over 2 months and I still have not received a case that cost me $41.

They are literally the worst. I ordered a cover, I sent some emails regarding the order and they didn’t answer me at all. They sent, after few days, an email saying that the order was shipped but in the order page there wasn’t any tracking link or confirm that it was actually sent. After one month without any email from them, I got one for the feedback about the order when, in reality, I didn’t get anything at all.

I sent another email but guess what? No answer at all.

i ordered in september, nothing arrived, no emails answered, no one returned to my emails...i think i have been scammed, rather stay away ...

Toxic Amsterdam are a scam. They will take your money and never ship your orders. Look at the many customers here and be warned. I had to go through Paypal escalation procedures to get my money back.
Stay away from this company.

I ordered a case a month ago and I didn’t receive it yet! I sent them two emails asking for an update, but no one replied back to me. It’s a total scam!!! I should have checked the reviews before ordering from them, but it’s too late. I want either my case or my money back!!!

Bought a phone case for my daughter, she absolutely adores it! Great job guys

Don’t ever order from them. Cause i order my case 2 months ago and I didn’t get it. It shows that it’s on its way and the given delivery date is between august 8th to 16ty. Never got it… Disappointed.

Case never arrived… they don’t respond to my emails. Don’t order here, worst experience ever

Ordered a case 3 weeks ago, email says it’s not even been dispatched. Had no replies to my emails asking for an estimated arrival date, would avoid at all costs. Shame aswell as the cases are nice but not worth it when you don’t receive one

Over a month since my order and no order has arrived and can’t get a response from the company. Have now raised a dispute with Paypal don’t order from them.
