Zero Results & Unauthorized Charges After Contract Ended

We advertised our preschool with this platform's "new neighbors" package. After 6 months of receiving zero leads, we decided to cancel. Representative Allison informed us we were locked into a one-year contract until April 2026.We honored the agreement and secured written confirmation that billing would cease after April 2026. However, our credit card statement shows we were still charged for May and June 2026.Emails sent over the last month have been completely ignored. I have now CC'ed the main corporate email in hopes of a resolution. Check your statements closely if you use this service.
