They are not up front during the paperwork process. Be AWARE. Customer Service is awful. They will lie and tell you anything to get you sign. An unknown $2700 closing fee for a 5000 loan that you weren't made aware of till you try to pay off early. You seriously can't make this stuff up.

I got behind on my loan
I got behind on my loan. Sent my wife in to pay on it. At the Rayville location They were very rude and would not let her make a payment. I work out of town. And I’m requesting they stop showing up at my house harassing my wife while she home alone. Especially when they won’t let her make payments for me. I don’t have a credit card to pay over the phone.
