The turnover rate for staff is…
The turnover rate for staff is ridiculous. I have noticed that the one female employee that was excellent in customer service seemed to be overlooked for advancement within the company for younger male employees. Let me make clear I'm a male and disagree with the treatment of the female employees. They apparently offered the younger male staff higher pay, with less experience. I know a few other businesses that advocate for this business and I will make sure they are aware of their employment practices. I'm sure it's the same in Mobile, Al as well. Be careful about taking out a loan with them. The interest rate is awful.
