First Class friendly service from start to finish..Top job Martin many thanks!

Just had my towbar fitted to my van this morning, simon who fitted it was very professional, he rang me on Friday to double check everything for the van and said he would be at my house for 9am.
He turned up on time, talked me what he was doing.
Once finished he went through all the electric system on the van.
I would definitely recommend this company to fit your towbar for you, what made it easier too is that they came to my house.
Simon was a very polite and very professional at installing it all.

Very professional guy arrived on time got straight onto the job in hand. Very clean and tidy and explained how everything worked 10 out of 10. Brilliant job!!!

Fitter was on time,sorted everthing out very quick and professiona.everbolt was checked not once but twice,wiring was shown to me working not once but twice. Fitter was very pleasant and professional job done on my drive without any problems.cannot thank the fitter enough cannot fault the service in anyway. All i can say is if you want a towbar fitter quick and hassel free dont go anywhere else but towbars 2 you. Thanks for you outstanding job all round.

Asked for a quote online and received it with 24hours.
Called to book, and got suitable appointment within a couple of weeks. Great price, several hundred pounds cheaper than elsewhere for my Q7 for the same tow bar.
Guys were very pleasant and professional. Good job done. Would certainly recommend.

Detachable tow bar fitted on my drive. No issues. Sales were good to deal with as was the installer.

All other companies struggled to quote for my Ssanyong Rexton but Towbar2U were excellent and we'll priced.

Really friendly office which really helped when making arrangements and Josh the fitter did a great job and demonstrated significant subject. knowledge.

This is the 2nd time I've used Towbar2u and I can't fault the service.

No issues , installer John, very competent, polite etc, one area if improvement could be for the fitter to ring the next customer with an estimated time of arrival.

The two fitters came to my house to fit my towbar and did an absolutely fantastic job. Really good professional job and I have no problems recommending this company to anyone.

Great experience getting a tow bar fitted by Towbar2U. Matched the price of another company which was slightly cheaper. Quick and easy correspondence to book in the fitting.

Arrived when they said they would. It was nice to be given the decision to cut the bumper hatch or remove it when using the towbar.

Great to be shown how to install, lock it etc.

This was my first towbar fitting and what a good experience from start to finish! Booking a fitting appointment was easy and when I had to change the day it wasn’t a problem. Rebekah was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The fitter arrived on time and the completed the fitt8ng within a couple of hours. He fully explained the workings of the detachable towbar and left both my car and driveway clean and tidy. Thank you

On April 27, 2025, I paid Towbar2u £645 to fit a towbar on my van, with the installation scheduled for June 3, 2025. Less than 24 hours after placing the order, I decided to cancel it and contacted Towbar2u to request a refund. During the call, I provided my card details for the refund, only to be informed that I would be charged a £90 cancellation fee, leaving me with a partial refund. I was never informed of any cancellation fee when placing the order, nor was it mentioned in any prior email correspondence or during the booking process.
I find this £90 fee to be entirely unjustified and fraudulent, as it was never disclosed as part of the sales contract. I explicitly stated twice during the call that I did not consent to this charge, emphasizing that it was never communicated to me and that cancelling within 24 hours of booking would not impact their business. Despite my objections, Towbar2u refused to issue a full refund and later confirmed this decision via email. I believe their actions breach consumer rights, as they failed to provide clear information about additional charges, leaving me unfairly out of pocket by £90.

This was my second tow bar fitted by towbars2u (ford s max) and it was as great an experience as the first. Clear pricing and great communication of when the service was booked for. John and Simon fitted it and were polite and helpful. If I need to I'll come back here for a third tow bar!

I had a detachable tow bar fitted by TOWBAR2U to my Range Rover Vogue and they were fabulous. They were competitive, very clear regarding arrival time. Right from the start, exchanging emails with Rebekah, booking in the job with Andrea and with Martin fitting the towbar. Towbar2u were an absolute breeze to use. The expert knowledge from all three of them really helped with what I needed and put my mind at ease. Martin the fitter arrived on time, took his time carefully removing the rear bumper and rewiring the electrics to fit the detachable towbar, once finished he then showed us all the electrics were working, and showed us how to attatch and detach it, and how to use it with our bike rack. Excellent service and very competitive price. Would highly recommend.
