Big scam, no customer service, they promise cancellation in case of bad weather and then refuse to refund or change the date, run away!!! Result: going to the police station, avoid at all costs

We are extremely disappointed by this review, which contains highly misleading and false accusations.
We operate transparently and guarantee cancellation or change when necessitated by official unsafe weather conditions. In this instance, no official weather cancellation was in effect.
We were fully prepared to run the tour as booked. Our records and subsequent evidence showed the customer was unable to participate due to personal reasons (hangover) and attempted to falsely claim a weather issue to secure a refund.
When the customer escalated this matter to both the Bank and the Police, our detailed evidence was presented, and the investigation concluded that our company was not at fault, upholding our policy.
We regret that the customer attempted to create a fraudulent claim to recoup their funds. We urge all future travelers to adhere to their booked schedule and respect the policies in place.
After payment we got an email without…
After payment we got an email without hour of boat departure, just with link to pier parameters on Google Maps. In pier nobody heard about Thailand Tours, and we had to buy ticket from another operator. We got scammed, nobody answer to our emails, nobody took our calls, not recommend at all.

Good experience
I booked a day trip to James Bond Island with this company. I was picked up from the hotel as arranged. Rest of the tour was as described. I did book another tour for a different day. Somehow the date got changed and sadly i didn’t check the details. So i missed the tour. The tour was not rescheduled for free. I would still use this company again.

I WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN
We went on the 1330 trip
The truck that they picked us up and did not have a proper exhaust so as we were in the bed of the truck, all the exhaust came up into the back of the truck.
Also they don’t tell you it’s almost an hour to get to the location.
Once there it was low tide. So you had to walk through about 50 m of mud just to get to the water to get in your kayak
The kayak itself did not have a rear seat so my lower back had zero support and was extremely painful.
They also don’t tell you that at low tide this adds about an additional 1km of paddling to the trio because you have to go around islands. There were ZERO mangroves still in the water at low tide. So this was mid represented as a “ mangrove tour”
The guides were more interested in rolling their cigs than helping the guests.
All in all it was a complete disappointment. If you are going to do this trip make sure you go in the morning. And if you go at 1330 make sure you are in top physical shape. I am 53 and in good shape and barely made it back.

Do not book from this agency, no communication
Do not book from this agency. They are an agency, they are not the organizer of the tours.
They never reply whatsapp messages, they never reply emails. If something comes up, you can never reach them. This was mentioned in other reviews as I saw.
Our tour got postponed and we never new! We learned about it after 3 hours, and we waited at the reception in the morning for 2 hours, not having proper breakfast because the pickup was supposed to be early. They reached out via our hotel reception 3 hours after, and moved the booking to afternoon due to natural circumstances.
If possible, book directly from organizers, or go for another agency. Their communication is nonexistent.
This is for the agency: your system does not work properly when booking, I put my phone number there and apparently it did not add the country code, so you could not reach me. You could try to email me or reply to agency whatsapp messages/emails, which never happened.
