Awful and total fraud company. Ordered the free one and paid shipping. Immediately in a few days there is another order without consent that charged by credit card £53.19. I immediately complained to tourandtate contact email address regarding authorised purchase, they never responded - I followed up every few days - but no response till date. When I raised dispute they just sent me an email to cancel the dispute/chargeback with credit card company and they submitted that email as evidence and never shared my response on top that email to reverse the chargeback. Poor customer service and a total fraud.It's been a while now their website is also down.

They’ve deducted an amount from my card. Removed my card right away. They replied twice that they’re working on my paid orders. Two months past, no comms from these thieves.

Ordered 3 boxers for free and i only paid shipping, the same dat i get a notification they try to charge 90 euros but my bank rejects it. I call my bank and they say their system rejected it cause it was a suspicious transaction and they recommend to freeze my card which I do, never got the free boxers btw. So dont order, its a scam company.

No communication, no delivery, no refund.

I placed 2 orders on February 6th, 2026 and as of today I have not received either order. I used two separate credit cards and was able to file a dispute on one and have already been refunded for that charge, but the other dispute is still pending. Most disappointing the lack of response to 6 different email inquiries, followed by an email that "We are closing the doors” everything must go, up to 70% discount.

This resembles a massive scam, as if they can’t fill backlog orders, how exactly can they fulfill new orders. Clearly, they are going out of business for a reason and deservedly so. I just wonder how many thousands of people are getting their money stolen before they shutter for good?!

Bought 2 items, received only the “free” items they added to my cart as “gifts”.
Never received the actual items I cared about and lost about 70€.
Almost 2 months already, no answers on email.

bsolutely disgraceful service. I ordered a bag on January 24th and spent nearly £80, and almost 2 months later I still have nothing. The tracking says shipped.when it never arrived at my address. I have emailed them over 6 times and have been completely ignored — no response, no refund, no product. This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Never received my order purchased in January tried to contact them they ignored my emails. Absolute scam never received a refund. Company needs permanent removal from doing business

I payed for a black friday order back in November 2025 and to this day (April 7th 2026) and I haven't received it and didn't even get a refund. I just keep getting email auto replies. Awful service, definitely do not recommend.

i’ve been waiting for my order from february. they no longer respond to my emails. how do they get away with stealing everyone’s money? then this website removes the negative responses. these people are crooks. i’m beyond pissed.

Complete scam. I ordered in October 2025, spent £150 and still have received nothing. They ignore emails and love to steal your money! Do not use this site!

TOTAL SCAM - don't buy anything from this company (if indeed it does exist). I've never received my £50 trousers and no one has ever responded to an email.

If I could rate this company It would be in the minus star area. Read the reviews before you get stung. like everyone on here.
