I recently bought a set of orange and black mats for my 2022 Dacia Duster from ToughMats, and I couldn’t be happier. The fit is absolutely perfect— they were made specifically for the car—and they instantly elevate the interior with a really smart, standout look.
The quality feels excellent, durable and well-finished, and they stay securely in place without any issues. What really impressed me as well was the communication throughout the process—clear, prompt, and helpful from start to finish.

This company has let me down so much I have placed an order on the 24th November I have been in touch several times and asked about my order today is 23rd December I was told I would receive my delivery by Monday here I am still waiting for delivery I did mention if you cannot full fill my order refund my money here I am stuck after paying £124 is this the service I am supposed to get

Not a good company to deal with after buying the product, from last two months I'm waiting for my mats clips, their second layer mats are rubbish and for vans or builders car, I don't recommend this anyone.

Mats arrived safely and quality is good, however the passenger footmat was folded in half and it looks absolute rubbish.

Company were so easy to deal with from start to finish and were available and quick to respond to any questions I had during the process. My mats arrived today and have only just been fitted but they fit well and look great and didn’t impact my driving at all.

Honestly, these mats are one of the best upgrades i have made to my car. The quality is unreal they fit perfectly and make my car's interior look way more premium. customer service was fantastic too, super friendly and helpful when i had a quick question.
If you are unsure, just buy them Your car will thank you. Honestly you won't regret it. 100/10

I dont usually leave reviews, but my experience with tough mats has been great. the mats for my range rover fit perfectly without special adjustment its like they came from manufacturer. I must also mention that the quality is excellent

customer service was fantastic they kept me updated throughout the entire process & even sent a photo of my mats when they were ready for delivery which was really impressive and gives me a clear idea of how they would look.

The mats arrived right on time as promised. i have already recommended them to my friend & he placed an order yesterday. I'm hoping he has same good experience.

Ok, so the product itself is decent however it didn’t come with plastic clips to attach to the vehicle properly. It had Velcro tabs and a small amount of adhesive Velcro tape which isn’t fit for purpose. It wasn’t a perfect fit and I had to cut some parts with scissors to allow the foot brake on my Mercedes to engage and also fit around the cubby hole on the passengers side. I tried ringing customer service which was never answered. I spoke to someone on WhatsApp and she sent me some clips which were useless. Don’t buy from these cowboys, there’s much better companies out there who ship nice products from the USA in a box. Not some cheap crap from China.

What made my experience great with Toughmats was the fact that they kept in touch through out the process, from asking questions about the inside of my car and requesting photos, to keeping me informed of what was going to happen next, and when the delivery would be arriving

Absolutely love my custom mats, fantastic quality and jenny was incredibly helpful with installation of mats. The production took a little time, but i completely understand that it's to ensure a perfect fit for my car. It was definitely worth the wait!
