Our experience with John was Pleasant a humble a respectful person to talk with. He has a good sense of humour. John is able to advice well based on your current situation. He has a deep concern of being careful in who you trust, and who you listen to for sound advice. John was honest and frank in explaining what steps we should take and how we should go about doing so. Due Diligent is the key to taking the right steps as you will not be unpleasantly surprise. Taking risk also means looking at your present situation and calculating the cost. We were happy today to talk with him, He's also none-bias because he asked to talk to as many coach as possible before selecting who we would like as our coach even when we expressed our desire for him. A well experience a well knowable well balanced coach. He gave his example when he started he spoke with many coach before settling for one. I will recommend John as he is able to tailor the session to meet your personal situation.

Had our 1st 121 with Mel and our 2nd with Indy, both great coaches, supportive and challenging which is what we need.
Mel was great at sharing her journey and advising on options. Indy was great as defining next steps, asking the obvious but thought provoking questions. This is essentially a 2 day sales pitch…
This is essentially a 2 day sales pitch with intensive psychological brainwashing tactics. Don’t get sucked in! They just want your money and go to some lengths to convince you to take the risk. It seems like they never follow through with their money back quote/guarantee, and I would love to see if anyone has ever been successful with getting one. A “company” that always denies refunds = dodgy! Not a legitimate company that cares about customers!
They hugely mislead you to believe this is a 2 day training when really they are selling a subscription. They also are not truthful about the subscription. Don't enrol with them, their contract is designed to never get the money back guarantee. Read the other reviews regarding the coaches and the impossible expectations they put on you so they can get out of the refunds etc. completely misleading in the webinar talking about hand holding and being supported, but the responsibility is 100% on you and you must follow their impossible terms.

Let’s address a few important points you’ve raised.
Firstly, our 2-day event is designed to be an educational experience, but we are always transparent that it also introduces further training options for those who want structured, ongoing support. Many attendees come specifically because they want that next step, but there is absolutely no obligation to enrol.
On the topic of refunds, we need to be clear: we do not have a blanket “no refunds” policy. We offer a performance-based money-back guarantee, which is outlined in the terms provided before enrolment.
This guarantee is in place to protect committed students; if someone fully completes the required training, implements what is taught, and does not achieve the agreed outcome, they are eligible and receive a refund.
The reason is simple: Our programme is education and mentorship-based, not a passive product. Like any form of training, results depend on individual action. The structure is there to ensure fairness and accountability on both sides, not to prevent valid claims.
We also strongly disagree with the idea that expectations are “impossible.” Thousands of students have successfully progressed through the Academy by following the same framework, and many of their stories are publicly available.
That said, property investing does require effort, consistency, and personal responsibility; something we are upfront about from the beginning.
Support is something we take seriously. Our coaching, community, and resources are there to guide and assist, but we never position this as a “done-for-you” service. The goal is to equip people with the knowledge and confidence to build something themselves, not create dependency.

Meets the definition ofa scam.Book advertised by Paul on Youtube…
Book advertised by Paul on Youtube first 100 books free, pay postage only. Scam. Allegedly free, only pay postage on check out from my bank, when I clicked pay it said 2.95. Then charged 32 quid after clicking. I didnt agree to this amount but was charged it and wouldn't have paid it if I knew. Clearly this is how Paul affords his property portfolio by tricks like this. Full amount to be paid should have been declared. Is there any proof you have already sold 100 books or should we just trust thats the case. In any case ee should be told chargeable amount before buying the book which wasnt done. I will open a fraud case with my bank and make a complaint to YouTube for the trickery. Disgusting. Clearly its organized as a trick to part you from high money for a book you wouldn't normally pay that amount for. It shows Paul cannot be trusted.

To clarify, the book is offered free of charge (you only cover the postage), and it comes with the option to purchase an additional course at checkout. This course is clearly included during the checkout process and is optional; you can remove it at any point by simply unticking the box before completing your purchase.
In your case, the course remained selected at checkout, which is why the total amount was higher than the postage fee alone. This is shown before payment is confirmed, so customers can choose whether or not they would like to include it.
We want to be clear that there was no intention to mislead or “trick”, the full breakdown is visible at checkout, and the option to remove the course is always there.
That said, we understand how this may have been frustrating, and we’ve already opened a refund ticket for you. You will receive the full refund within 10 working days.
