Any item returned used, opened, or with a broken manufacturer seal will incur an automatic 20% deduction from the refund value to cover loss of product value.
Use of duct/strong tape on the packaging will cause damage and result in a 30% deduction from the refund value.
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact same condition as delivered. As we deliver the item in perfect condition, we expect it to be returned in the same state.
Hygiene products such as earphones are non-returnable once opened, in accordance with Amazon’s Return Policy.
Mandatory Refund Deductions – No Exceptions:
Brand-new, sealed items: No deduction if returned in perfect condition.
Opened/used items: 20% deduction minimum from refund value.
Damaged packaging due to duct/strong tape: 30% deduction from refund value.
Damaged or heavily used items: Deductions up to 99% may apply, or return may be refused entirely.
Faulty Items:
Faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for arrival issues, or within 30 days for general faults.
After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Proof (photo or video) of the fault is required. Failure to provide evidence may result in refusal or up to 99% deduction.
Refunds will not be issued for faults caused by misuse or damage during return shipping.

Really bad currier selection still haven't received my ordered item. Didn't deliver next day as parcel was delayed still waiting on the item.

Fraud or not ?
Ordered an amplifier two days ago with next day delivery the money was taken from my account, no confirmation email from them no way to phone or contact them direct ow their website is down is this a fraud company, will update this review as things develope,

Order cancelled
I had bought an 4080 with the anticipation that they had stock on 1st April.
Fast forward to today, after 18 days, Touchsale had just decided to cancel my order off entirely. Though Tudor, as part of the sales & customer service has kept me up to date so bumping my review to two stars.
I would’ve liked them to instead honour my order with a replacement, but my experience had left me utterly disappointment as I had seen others have had their orders replaced instead.
