Canceling my subscription was incredibly challenging due to their intentionally deceptive process. Any company that makes it this difficult to cancel clearly lacks confidence in their own product. This experience has left me very disappointed.

My children have loved receiving these crafts through the post and have provided many hours of entertainment! Would totally recommend to all parents out there! Great value too!

I've been getting toucan box now for 4 years for both my children. It's a wonderful way to spend time together doing something creative. The designs are great and instructions are clear. Customer service are fast and helpful. Would highly recommend. My only wish is that they'd make something for the older kids soon too 😉

I have had a subscription since my daughter was 2 years old and she has loved making all of the different crafts each month. They have been great to give me some quality time with her! She was also super excited each month to receive mail with her name on it!

Have just started my daughter's subscription. I was having problems logging into my account. Emailed customer service and spoke to Rafael, who sorted it out straight away. Took less than 24 hours for them to reply. Really looking forward to what looks like a lovely, great value subscription. Especially after this interaction.

I've been using Toucanbox for many years, first for my daughter and then I switched over to my son once she was a tad old. The activities are great, my kids looked forward to receiving them. I have only stopped recently due to my kids being a bit old now, but I'd strongly recommend the subscription to others.
Their customer service via what's app was also fab. They genuinely want to help and take feedback on board. Thank you.

Excellent, creative gift that my grandchildren (6&7)have enjoyed for a number of years. Highly recommended.

My granddaughter has loved doing these crafts over the past two years and looks forward to receiving her personalised box each month. All the crafts are well thought out and easy to follow but challenging enough to keep her engaged.
Some aspects of the subscription process were a little confusing but customer services were very helpful and obliging.
I would certainly recommend Toucan for any child.

I used Toucanbox for approx 8 years - for both my kids and 3 godchildren up until they got too old for them. I highly rate the service and the activities - all the kids loved them and it was a wonderful way of keeping in touch with the kids even though we don't live close by. Highly recommend!

Toucanbox has helped me entertain 2 grandchildren for many years. Their completed projects are scattered all around the parents' home and likely to remain a permanent fixture. The service has been excellent on the few occasions when contact was needed. Thank you.

I bought a 12 month package approximately a year ago, last night Toucanbox took £142 from my account without authorisation, for another 12 month package I didn't ask for. I didn't receive any emails or warnings and this has left me financially struggling over the weekend. Buyer beware

My two daughters have really enjoyed receiving their toucan boxes. They love crafts and the boxes are always really exciting. The materials are good quality and the crafts are imaginative. The magazine is fun and interesting too. I would thoroughly recommend toucan boxes for any child!

I do think my girls are hitting an age where they’ve outgrown the target age group. (Now 12 and 9).
I’ll likely do the odd one rather than a monthly box would still suit our 9 year old.

Always been easy to reach the team. And no issues with pausing and stopping subscriptions- team have been prompt and friendly with any queries.
