Avoid This Tour Company at All Costs

We booked a 5-day tour expecting a professional, guided experience, but it turned out to be the worst travel experience of our lives. It seems the company has lost all their experienced guides and drivers — instead, we were assigned a lovely but completely inexperienced 22-year-old who drove us for 7 hours without offering a single explanation or commentary about the sights.

The vehicle was dirty, and the driver constantly played loud music on the radio in a language we couldn’t understand. He barely spoke to us, unless he was on the phone — frequently arguing with someone during the drive. This wasn’t a guided tour at all — it felt like an overpriced taxi ride.
After the first day, we were so disappointed that we asked the company to cancel the remainder of the tour and take us to the airport. We are seasoned travelers and have done many guided tours around the world — this was by far the worst.

To make matters worse, we lost a significant amount of money on hotel and airline cancellations. The owner charged us €380 for that awful day and had the audacity to say he would refund 50% if we didn’t leave a bad review — unsurprisingly, we never saw a cent.
Do yourself a huge favor and find another tour provider. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and a complete waste of time and money.

My family of four did two day Berber villages trek thought this company. Our guide larbi coudn't have been more helpful he is perfect and very friendly. Food during the trek was amazing made for us by our cook Hamid was delicious and plentiful. We had a great time on our trekking thought the Berber villages and learnt lot of about berbers and the hospitality our night in berber house was great experience for us and we enjoyed afternoon looking into the villages and people in the village

Amazing trip in every way with our guide Abdou acompanied by two muleteers and cooks, Hussain and Said. We did 5 days of trekking around berber villages, finishing by ascending Toubkal and watching the sunrise at its top.
Throughout the trek, the Morocco Tours team was perfect in every way: very accommodating, easy to reach in case of questions or changes to the program etc., VERY GOOD with the food (!) ad we are both vegan and they provided delicious, various and hike-suited local meals!
Would definitely do another Atlas trek with those guys, can't recommend them enough. See you soon Inch'Allah!

Excellent experience on the two day toubkal trek which included transport from marrakech to Imlil along with all equipment, accomodation, food and mules. We travelled as family which included 3 children aged 11, 8 and 6 and I must say we felt the service was 5 stars! The trip was so good we are planning another one next year with Abdou and his highly effective team.

Atlas Mountains day trip with team of local trekkers was unforgettable, we had lot of adventure while hiking around Imlil. Thank you so much for well organised excursion.
