Don’t waste your money if your child is older than 2
I ordered two cups before Christmas, no where on website does it give dimensions so assumed that they would be a fair size for toddlers and young children, they are tiny, and no where near suitable for my 3 and nearly 5 year olds. I have emailed them asking them if I can return them, with no response. Their policy on the website is that they don’t accept returns on a change of mind, but that is not the reason I want to return, the size is just not big enough, hard to change your mind on a size you’re not aware of. They’d be suitable for a 1-2 year old but not a child older. A very expensive cup for such a small size, would be better off ordering a small travel cup from Amazon. I will be contacting my credit card to see if I can have a refund that way.
