Great company to buy from , I bought one of their nappy buckets ,so ordered the bucket liners , some wash cloths and washing powder.
My use may be a little 'outside the box' as the bucket is used for adult washable incontinence wear. Which the powder does a fantastic job of washing , the little washcloth are a great size for covering the opening on the cpap mask to stop flies or any other things going in it - I'm sure they would also be excellent for their traditional uses to but feel maybe their missing out on an expansion area for the company as marketing the bucket which is larger than a standard bucket and closes tightly with catches is ideal for any child or adults items not just baby reusable. Also the washing powder had things smelling fresh an clean and irritant free.

I bought these for my granddaughter who won't be arriving until November. They look lovely quality and bright. However, I think a booklet listing each item and some instructions on how to use them would be a brilliant idea

Unfortunately they don’t seem to work. I’ve got the all-in-one Tots Bots nappies but they leak from the sides as the liner appears too thin for the nappy. Contacted customer services who asked me to send pictures, which I did, and have not had a reply since. Spoken to other users who have had the same problems and have had to buy additional products to stop these from leaking. I have been using different branded reusables for 6 months now without issue.

Shipment was fast and reliable, quality of nappy wraps is great and the aesthetics are just beautiful. The only thing we didn't like much was the new closing design of the size 2 wraps: While the earlier models used to have, like, detached flaps (and the smaller ones still do), this size now has ones that aren't detached. This leave less room for (chubby) legs and might be a bit less comfortable for the toddler.
All in all, still great high quality products.

Fast process from ordering to delivery. Regular updates on order. No unnecessary amount of packaging. I would love though if shipping could be international, not all product/design available at Hungarian retailers, sadly.

The diapers are all nice and what I expected. The customer service however, there's more to be desired there. I ordered a few things plus a kit of EasyFit all-in-one Nappy 3 Pack - Woodland diapers for my baby boy, they were all 3 different colors on the website, but nobody called me to tell me that they have ran out of one of the colors, so they just straight up sent me two pink ones instead without calling me or messaging me to check if I'm ok with that. I have worked in customer service before and we would always call first to check if it's ok with the customer, but nobody asked me. When I messaged they said I can return them if I want to, but this gets really complicated for me because I order all the way from Bulgaria through an additional delivery company and any kind of shipment like that is more expensive than the diapers themselves.

The company's products are great and they have amazing customer care. I made an order right before going on holiday and they agreed to send it when I returned home! Highly recommended!

Wow! What lovely bright colourful designs. I especially like the farm print. My baby is 4 months and the buttons made it very easy to fit to size. The inner pads are very absorbant and the disposable liners simple to use. I am so pleased the all in one starter set can expand as she grows. I emailed the team and the customer service was reassuring giving me all the info I needed and an update on my order. Thank you Tots Bots.

I bought a bundle pack - unfortunately 2 of the wraps were missing from the pack but I emailed and they responded straight away and sent the wraps out separately. We have only just had our baby so haven’t used the nappies yet but I’m looking forward to trying them.

I used real nappies with my previous 2 children... Prefolds and a wrap. Therefore I wanted to give all in ones a go.
I don't find these particularly absorbent and they take forever to dry so I didn't find these very useful.
They look pretty though I guess

AIO Nappies work well for us when an addition booster is used too, but one nappy arrived with a small hole in it where the popper had been moved. I contacted tots bots but haven't heard anything back about it which is my reason for 3 stars.

Although I originally liked the idea of a Velcro fastening it is actually more hassle than it’s worth when it comes to washing (Velcro sticking to other nappies). I also loved the idea on the insert being inside the nappy however this seems to lead to them taking if longer to dry in comparison to other nappies I have that use seperate inserts. It took a while to fit them well enough on my little one to prevent leeks but I think we finally have the hang of it. Overall ok but we have found another brand works a little better for our needs
