Very good price and service

Great network

Great network. Using it in Belfast these days. Once lockdown is over I’ll be able to test it out in more locations but so far so good! Speeds are faster than on o2!

They are on the EE network which is the best in the UK so they have hella fast speeds. Definitely the most reliable in terms of coverage and speeds.

Great Network

Great Network! I like how it's month-to-month pay as you go. I don't use much data at all, so only paying for a smaller tariff that compares to others is good value. Happy so far.

Broken sign up system and dumb customer support who can;t even understand that their confirmation SMS system did not send and my order was left incomplete.
If you expect sense when there's a problem, avoid this network

Superbb coverage and the network…

Superbb coverage and the network speeds!
I have performed this network speed test today where I live in North London and honestly was more impressed with this company. I have another device where I use O2 business that suppose to offer a better quality as I usually pay a large mobile monthly bill. Unfortunately, O2 business could't match the TTMM's download or upload speed. The speed test results indoors by using fast.com : O2 business - 26 Mbps and To the moon - 52 Mbps.

Highly recommend.

Dishonest company, speeds are capped and no VoLTE or VoWiFi

The told me on an emial that their service worked with 800Mhz 4G, it did not. They told me it did VoLTE. It did not. They told me it was not speed capped, it was. The speed cap was 50Mbps down and 20Mbps up, multiple people including Mathew M below tested the speed. They were telling us non stop lies via email, phone and live chat, dishonest company.

Lies! UPDATED 15/03/2021

Lies!

So they claim to offer same service as EE in terms of speed and reliability, but this isn't the case, comparing both To The Moon and EE side by side presents a huge lack of speed

(speed is limited to 61Mb/s download and 25Mb/s upload however me and friend struggled to get above 50Mb/s download where EE had 200Mb/s)

They also claim to offer EE's long range signal (Band 20 - 800Mhz) but this was also unavailable where it was with EE device.

They also don't have 4G Calling enabled on their sims, so where I could make calls with EE using Band 20 I couldn't make any calls at all using To The Moon.

Possitives: Customer Service seem to reply in a timely manner to queries and no automated menus to reach customer service line.

Customer services where very vague and evasive when questioned about the claims advertised vs. what me and other users have experienced which in my opinion is a bad sign and basically not honest.

I also had an initial issue of only get 3G signal on the free test 500MB sim, as this didn't resolve itself I emailed customer service to which the issues then "resolved itself" (is the free data intended to work on 4G)

If they decide to address these issues and start being honest with customers then maybe they have a place but until them don't bother with their network.

UPDATE: 9PM - 15TH MARCH 2021

Following the request for more information and submitting a vastly detailed report and a lot of evidence, they have dismissed all claims and tried to hide the truth.

This network compares itself to EE because it uses EE's network, however they limit data speeds to 61Mbps download and 25Mbps upload using an "AMBR configuration" (Search google for AMBR LTE for more information.

They claim to offer service using EE's long range 800mhz signal which is normally exclusive to EE Pay Monthly customers but when I try to connect its refused by EE and leaves me with no signal where an EE phone works.

My last email from them was asking how I needed help, so they have clearly decided to stop answering questions.

To confirm, EE's network on "4G" can test as high as 500mbps, in the areas I tested with To The Moon I was able to achieve between 150-400mbps dowload and 30-90mbps upload.

I wouldn't mind this network if they where honest and mentioned in their terms and conditions what limits where in place but they went one step further and lied to me by email that they would achieve 200-400mbps download.

This is now a matter for Advertising Standards Agency.

BEWARE THE LIES.

I have not been with to the moon for long but I am already liking the support response times. its good to finally get through to a human instead of a bot like other companies. so right now i can say i strongly reccomend to the moon

BEST MOBILE SIM PROVIDER!

I won their free game that gave you 50GB for free and I instantly fell in love, got my sim the next day put in, had a super fast start up and activation and got right into using it, already the coverage was instantly better than sky and I got 4g+ where I live, I also had way better signal and much faster 4g for way cheaper than I was paying before . Can't wait too be heading to the moon with this company.

I saw the advertisement online on…

I saw the advertisement online on Facebook, they were really giving a good deal. I ordered and it came the next day it was free of cost. Really impressed by it. Took few mins to register. The speed of internet is pretty good too. Loved it. Got free 500mb as well.

THEY'RE LEGIT ;)

I got the free sim from them just to check the data speed. I live in Leeds (LS11) and it goes up to 60mbps. The only thing it lacks is the unlimited data bundle...
I'll give it a 5 star when you'll have it. Highly recommend!!

Better than any other provider

Decent so far for me. Won 6gb on the game and my sim was sent free with £8 credit plus the 6gb data. Signal is great, I use this instead of home broadband and no issues. I don't understand the cryptowallet part but I don't need to. Compared to Voxi my data seems to run down much less quickly using the same things.
I've used Voxi, GiffGaff, Smarty and TTM lately to see which is best for me and I'll be sticking with TTM.

I have recently switched to the network…

I have recently switched to the network and have found it very good. I have had a few issues with the data connection but I used the live chat and the advisors helped me solve the problem. I didn't have to wait long to be connected to an agent wich was a problem with my previous provider. I have used the app to switch bundles and keep track of what data I am using wich has been helpful.

Best mobile network I’ve ever used

Best mobile network I’ve ever used, so easy to switch between data plans, all plans come with unlimited minutes and texts so that’s perfect also the price is unbelievably cheap.

Great signal everywhere I have been, also only small problem I had was sorted quickly and professionally.

10/10 100% would recommend

Easy, Affordable and EXTREMELY Convenient

At last a PAYG sim provider that acts as a contract provider but without the lengthy tie in's. The auto top each month allows you to just forget to have to manually top up.

Then the price and coverage: Fantastic on both. This is real value for money with their bundles.

I switched from another provider but requested to keep the same number and this was done very smoothly and within 24 hours.

Great experience in the 4 months I have been with TTMM so far.
