To be honest this site out of all the betting sites I've joined has got to win the gold medal 🥇 for worst global betting site!!
Shocking customer care and was told by 5 different agents 5 different things with regards to claiming my bonus of £40.
Total chaos in their admin team,no consistency and very dishonest.
Placed my qualifying bet of £10 and was told I have qualified to receive their £40 bonus and to wait 24 hours.
5 agents later and 5 days later and 5 different responses I finally was told that my initial £20 bet didn't qualify for the bonus yet the previous agent said I qualified yet had to wait.2nd agent said I didn't qualify for the full £40 3rd agent said I've qualified for promo and to wait 48 hours 4th agent said sorry for any inconvenience but we will honour your £40 bonus.5th agent said apologies but you never placed a £10 bet to qualify initially when my initial bet was £20..... Oh and the £40 is made up of a 100 spins on big bass bonanza what a Saga!!
The betting site itself is very difficult to navigate and doesn't save your selections to betting slip if you back out of a page to select another betting option which is beyond frustrating plus the actual options for different multiples are very limited and almost impossible to find if they are their at all.
Don't be fooled like I was to claim a quick £40 free bets because it won't be happening but if you are one of the Lucky ones that does receive any bonuses then good luck trying to place a bet or navigate this awful betting site.

Disgusting bookie ! Had the account for a few months,went on profit in the last couple of days,now my account has been shut,they are asking for extra documentation.Untill i moved on to profit,they never bothered asking for anything.Avoid ! Take your money elsewhere!

Misleading new customer offer. What a way to turn new customers away. Surely the new customer offers are a tax write off so why do you make it hard for customers to get them and shooting yourself in the foot in the process. Makes no sense.

Il allow 1 star for the speed of the withdrawls my first ever weekly rewards of 10 x £1 spins on king Kong bananas I thought was great was under the impression it was a genuine site I placed a deposit limit because I was hesistant of how quick £50 had gone without a decent return especially already being down on the game anyway the cheeky begs went all weird because I set a deposit limit sending me reel rewards a week later as 10 x 10p spins this site has had over 1k off me and can't even give me a little luck on the treasure hunt 9 times out of 10 it's 1 spin (10p) or better luck next time my last weeks £50 deposit didn't last long I won't be making anymore deposits having read the reviews

Well I’m always brutally honest. The limit you are given when you start slowly ticks away with very little in returns! The games are set to take your money but as play goes on you get less wins. The first 10 percent of play you actually do win a few pounds but that soon dwindles out! how can you spin £2 and get returns of less than 80 percent of your stake! Basically you’re losing most of the time even when the win comes in!!! It’s blatant robbery to be honest. Do not believe anything they have to say on stats because it’s all Micky mouse. Disappointed to the point I’m not interested in applying to increase the limit on the account. Apparently it seems most leave after the initial limit as it’s day light robbery. Placed a bet (just the one) and won. They put my account on hold pending the identity verification process. This was 8th May 2024. I have supplied everything they asked for in a timely manner, and my account is still on hold, preventing me from withdrawing my winnings! It's now 18th June. On enquiring again, I have just received this "This is still under review. As soon as there is an update, we will revert back to you with any further information"
Could it be they are trying to avoid paying out...........

I think that 81% 1 star reviews of this sham of a company says it all. I deposited with them £10 yesterday on my partners account. They let me add my details and even took my £10. To which Tote then blocked my partners account. So I have £10 stuck on my partners account. Unspent my own money and there refusing to refund me unless I and my partner provide a ridiculous amount of identification documents. Are you for real? Your quick enough to take my money off me though aren't you? Nothing but scam artists who are essentially robbing peoples money. One of the worst gambling sites I have ever encountered and I have been on many. Steer clear and avoid these charlatans. Your literally better off throwing your money down a drain! Don't say you haven't been warned. I am in the process now of having to speak to my bank to get my money recalled back not happy at all customer service is abysmal and the few representatives I have spoken too was nothing but unhelpful and very rude towards me and my partner. I really don't know how they are still in business? I know why because of situations like mine and many others on here they are robbing people blind!

Terrible app keeps freezing despite trying several times to delete and reinstall. Seems to be much worse since a recent update .

After having a Tote account for a number of years (I’m 64) I have just received an email informing me I was no longer able to partake in their promotions (free bets, Tote credit or gaming). They quote some clauses in their terms which I find a little defamatory as they suggest I am abusing the promotions(don’t know how you can do that?). I am a small stakes only betting person as I try to enjoy the activity but they begin their email with “after a careful review of your account” whatever that is as there was no input from me. When I queried I received the bog standard copy and paste reply that it was a business decision which implies to me I was not a profitable person to their business which leads to the question are their promotions only available to people who lose a lot? which also leads to it making a mockery of the safer gambling/enjoy it message being pushed by bookmakers who are trying to outdo one another with the plethora of promotions being advertised trying to draw punters in. The Gambling Commission should look into it.

Got restricted after two months (I was up net by a small amount) citing small print clauses including "bonus abuse" whatever that is meant to mean. Enjoyed the site before that but will now take my business elsewhere.

Don’t bet with these c***s. They’re happy taking your deposits but if you win they will block and close your accounts and ask for 100s of documents. Stay clear of online bookies. They’re the only industry in the world where they can steal and keep your money without any consequences. They ruin lives.
