I’m not sure who helped me but whoever did, did a wonderful job! The service from the Tote n’carry support team was so fast and solution driven. I purchased a rolling duffle backpack set for my boyfriend and I and we love it. However, his backpack had a faulty zipper and we submitted the request for an exchange to the company and they responded promptly. They made me feel at ease with this issue and submitted an order for a replacement the following day. Overall, my issue was resolved less than 2 days.

I will be purchasing more items soon because the material is high quality and the support is excellent.

This company is A1. Abdou was the representative that assisted me. They were very responsive, helpful, patient, and informative. The quality of the products I received are far better than I’ve expected. To date: I’ve purchased the neon pink 3 piece suitcase set (2022), Black Apollo 2 2 piece suitcase set (8/2024), the Red Apollo 2 roller travel set (9/2024), Emeral green Apollo 2 roller travel set (9/24), Black Apollo 2 roller travel set (9/2024), Red Apollo 2 travel set (9/2024), Neon Pink Apollo 2 roller travel set (8/2024), Neon Pink 3 piece travel set (2022). Promise this is 0 cap. I wish I could upload photo of everything so you could see. I’ve purchased many for myself, my husband, family & friends, and even my mother in law :-) (LOL) That’s how good the quality is. The colors are vibrant and even more beautiful than the stock photos.

I saw my oldest daughter with her Tote & Carry roller bag & matching backpack while visiting in Atlanta 2 Christmases ago! I loved the look, exceptional quality and feel & told her I had to get a set for myself! Then she told me the price and it was a done deal!
When we returned home I placed an order the next day for the green roller bag and backpack! When my wife and I went to Florida in February I easily received over 30 compliments on both pieces! Several people asked where I got them and proudly told them Tote & Carry! I swear 3 people pulled it up in their phones while sitting I the airport and placed an order!

Tote & Carry Apollo 1 05 sling shot Vest black & Mustard yellow tactical vest I brought these two vests and they are luxury item clothes for me at a reasonable price point the mustard yellow tactical vest was wrong size so I reached out to Tote & Carry and they sent me a replacement one no problem they do have great customer service even though it’s through email and shipping was a bit long on getting my replacement vest yet I’m very satisfied with the service and items tote & carry has as far as sizing I believe you can go with your normal size I have not bought a bag as of yet but I hear that the bags are big inside and useful and the colors they have are gorgeous I gave 5 stars because I love my items and especially the mustard yellow vest very classy and different and overall customer service is very good

From my first purchase of the appollo ll Black faux snake skin luggage 🧳 I knew I found my new home for traveling in style 😎
Then back in August I ordered the black tactical vest t-shirt and cap, however the t-shirt and cap showed up, but nit the vest, so I contacted T&C and provided the necessary documents and pictures 📸 and T&C promptly took care of the issue and I (practically overnight) received my vest! ❤️ and all other items I ordered were shipped and delivered without a single issue!

Well, I've been a Tote&Carry Customer for some years now. I just recently had to contact them about an recent order just as I did about 1 year ago. I'm saying that to say, both issues about my orders we're looked into by T&C and both were corrected. I am Truly Thankful that I'm a valued customer and will continue supporting them. I get so many compliments every time I step out/Travel with Travel Sets. I think I've just purchased my 10th set and I'm not done just yet. Oh, I even received a verbal phone call so they could be sure that my order was accurate and to inform me that it was being shipped right out. What a Great Team.

I love this brand. I starting ordering in different pieces since February and each one of them have been high quality, durable, and stylish. I love Tote&Carry. Durable, beautiful vegan leather bags that stand out. I have 3 snake skin xl duffle bags, the black suede duffle and the blacl snake skin wallet. All great quality. That emerald wizard of Oz green began croc duffle is calling me. I'm praying that the snake skin duffle comes back out in blue. Love this brand.

I have purchased several pieces (2 backpacks, duffel, purse, toiletry bag) from this brand. They have all been very high quality! The colors are vibrant, soft to the touch but sturdy at the same time. I can’t wait to buy more! My only complaint would be that I wish items stayed in stock longer.

I love the brand. All my pieces are exceptionally made and I consistently get compliments in them when traveling. They allow me to feel super stylish and well packed.

I love my vest. The straps are a little tricky while sizing. But I got it to fit just right in the breast area

The ultimate flex!!! I have 2 travel sets, I bought another 2 sets as gifts because they are the best gifts. I have a work bag, a purse, a belt bag, and the travel pillow. I say that to say, I rock Tote and Carry all the time lol. I get so many compliments all the time. The quality is Top Tier and can rival the top luxury brands. The colors are super vibrant.
