DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered something July 7, 2023 and on July 10th a label was created. FedEx still has not received the item and it is July 30th. They don’t reply to emails, messages and they do not have a number to call. I’ve already reported them to the BBB. This is the worst experience ever. You also have to pay 12.99 for normal shipping. I do not mind about the money I pay but it would be nice to actually get the product I ordered. You are better off going somewhere else and paying more for something!! Please listen to the 1 star reviews. 1000000% true!!! Run away from this company!!! I would rate them 0 or negative stars if that was an option!

I absolutely love tote&carry

I absolutely love tote&carry! I had to order a set for my son. My son loves his new set. We are going so many places and we'll have tote&carry along for the adventures. PS.... this is my third purchase

Please don’t ever by products from this…

Please don’t ever by products from this company. They will not honor their warranty clearly after coming on trust pilot I see why. They are defrauding people out of their hard earned money and will not be prosperous. This is what makes you regret supporting Black businesses. I have pictures and screenshots of the company trying to switch up on a warranty policy. The luggage is usable as the teeth won’t stay closed. This is luggage still with tags on it. Over 700 dollars on TRASH.

Never again.

Never again.
I went on the US site and there was a 2 for 1 promotion.
But to avoid possible extra charges due to it being a US website (non EU Country) I ordered via the European website which had 1) higher prices and 2) no promotions.
Upon delivery I still had to pay for extra delivery costs.
The costumer service simply stated that the website says that extra costs are possible. So why do they even bother creating a EU website?

My husband brought two vinyl bags for…

My husband brought two vinyl bags for my birthday which were supposed to be made of leather. But, they both were made of vinyl. My husband would like to return these bags and to receive a refund and not have to pay another $85 for shipping. I am not happy with these bags.

Stay On The Go!!!

As a person in the travel industry, I was excited to receive my green Apollo 2 set. Tote and Carry has exceeded my expectations with fast shipping and constant communication for delivery using AfterShip App! I constantly had a bird’s eye view of where my luggage was. Fast forward to me opening and packing for my same day trip. When I say I’ve already received 7 compliments on my set…folks is eyeing my purchase. Thanks again Tote and Carry, I’ll be sure to spread the work of your greats products and Customer Service!!!

I ordered November 2022

I ordered November 2022. It says it delivered Dec.6, 2022. The delivery was not to me but a different location. I have been calling since 12/6/22 and there is no one to speak with. They say send a text message for claims and no one responds. It is now 12/30/22 and I'm still trying to get in contact with someone to receive my luggage. Very disappointed in this transaction. Thank God I paid through Klarna and shut those payments down.

Buyer beware!

Since March 2022 I've been going back and forth with reps via email (no telephone customer service) and waiting on my replacement for my carry-on that malfunction on me while I was traveling. The replacement finally arrived in early December 2022. They sent to me a cheap looking, one zipper, heavier version of the Apollo 2 Carry-on. They also responded to my email stating the replacement was the same item I purchased originally, even though my pictures clearly showed the glearing difference. After spending thousands of dollars on several different pieces of luggage, and receiving one of the worst customer service experiences for ONE replacement item, I will NEVER spend another dime on any other product with this label. I will be selling and/or donating all the pieces and sets I have bought. They have lost a valuable customer for life!

Tote & Carry Doesn't deserve 1 star! They will keep telling you items were delivered but you won't receive a tracking number. I've been waiting on a luggage set since May and haven't received anything!! Horrible customer service and terrible responses. They will Rip you off. Please do yourself a favor and don't order from them. I'm going to put more reviews on Facebook and tik tok because people need to know.
Very upsetting!!!

They don't even deserve one star! Do not purchase. I been trying to get in contact with someone for the last 5 days and haven't done so as yet. They do not answer emails, voice-mail, Texts or DM's. Horrible Customer Service!!!!

So disappointed 😞

I kept seeing these ads and had high hopes for my expensive order. I always check return policies before ordering somewhere new. Since this was my first order, I was offered a discount. This is great EXCEPT it voids any potential to return! The quality is not near as expected. The LARGE backpack is size of a standard school backpack. No compartments for anything. The duffle is a good weekend size but doesn't open very wide based on how the zipper is. Cheap lining material. So disappointed for the price point even with a discount. Would have never purchased if I had shopped in person.

They don’t ship your items

They don’t ship your items, I ordered in August. Still waiting and now they said end of November. Customer service is rude. That’s to be expected. I’m mad at myself for taking a chance on this company. Buyer beware!

Awesome product and experience

When I tell you, this has been my best shopping experience EVER... The communication from T&C was amazing. They communicated every step of the way. They couldn't have been more thorough. My backpack and duffle are beautiful. I got the deep purple Appollo set. The quality is great, the stitching is neat and aligned properly. I received everything in dust bags. This surpassed my expectations. I will be purchasing again. I did take away from the rating only due to the backpack not being as functional as in used to. There's no seperators or compartments inside, so everything lives in the same space. The duffle is the perfect overnighter, with so much room. The "factory" smell wore off in a few days..

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my set in October. I received a tracking number that to this day says pre shipment. I’ve emailed, left voicemails (on a phone number that’s has been since taken off their website) and tried the chat feature that says “live” support is available but never actually get back to you. The least this company could do is respond and communicate delays. But they choose to ignore all customer service, post daily on their social media like there is no issue and ignore people inquiring about their orders. I will be filing a claim with my bank and the BBB. Poor customer service and it’s a shame for a company that is so highly advertised and backed by Oprah.

never again

I ordered a travel set (tote + backpack), and only received the backpack. Two emails, a phone call (left a message), filled out the refund form - nothing. So as of now I've paid over $200 for a backpack that is okay quality (not as good as I was expecting) and have not received the rest of my order. Or ever even received a response! It's too bad, because I had hoped to add to my travel set with additional items if I liked it, but based on these reviews, that won't be happening. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company since I never received my order; I also will be telling everyone to STEER CLEAR from this company, who obviously has no customer service at all. It really is a shame - there totes look great, I love the colors, and was hoping I'd found my new "go to" company.

I have never seen more horrible service…

I have never seen more horrible service in my life! No hassle returns my ass! None of their phone numbers work, they go to a Google voice voicemail and leaving a message is as good as talking to a wall! They don't return calls, emails and they have removed their live chat feature. Ive sent several emails, called and its been 2 weeks of silence. My return made it to their warehouse, they signed for it and NO Refund! Run! You'd be better off going to Macy's with local, dependable service and better bags.

Horrible service

I placed an order and 10 days later still no shipping info. I have called them 3 times, no one ever answers or calls back when you leave a voicemail. I will not purchase from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. I also noticed they only allow good reviews on their site.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This company has the worst customer service! I ordered a $100 backpack from them and, although tracking says it was delivered, I never received the item. When consulting with USPS (as instructed by T&C), they said that if T&C files an insurance claim on the item, they can use the insurance proceeds to re-ship with signature confirmation. I relayed this to T&C (and even provided the link to the insurance application, which only takes 30 seconds to complete) and they repeatedly refused to help even the slightest way, on the premise of “it’s not our problem”. (This is why people have issues supporting black businesses.) As someone who initially intended to be a repeat customer, it’s appalling how they would rather let me be out of $100 and lose my future business than help me remedy the situation by taking 30 seconds to fill out a form that has no negative impact on them.

Poorly made products and bad quality

Well, only one of the four items I received was made well. That was the fanny pack. Honestly, their concepts and colors are dope. I love that they use vegan leather. But they have work to do on craftsmanship; additionally two of the four items I received were defective. The backpack wasn't defective, but the top handle on it was put together poorly. There was a noticeable gap where one end of the top handle strap met the other. The mask and duffle were defective. The mask has a seam right in the front, and the white edge of it is very noticeable on the royal blue print (I was told to use a blue marker to color it in- not quality at all). It looks tacky. On their website, it shows that the seam is facing the other way (where you can't see the white), and that's why I didn't notice it while purchasing. The duffle came with a small chunk of leather missing (while small out was the first thing I noticed), and had a red sticky substance on it (yuck). Now this item is sold out and I don't have luggage for my trip in 30 days. I'm not happy about this. I didn't see any negative reviews on their website, and my 3 start review wasn't posted, so I came here to tell the truth. I don't like to be mislead.
