Totemo Kawaii Shop Reviews

It was fast and good quality!! The costumer service was amazing!

I’ve been buying here for 2 years and I have to say that they are one of my favorite online stores.. great prices for quality products.. ❤️❤️

I have ordered from Totemo Kawaii Shop many times over past few years. I've always received my products on time and the items have always been true to the image and description. The products are cute, very reasonably priced and the customer service is awesome!

I really like shopping from here, the things are cute, and they have many things. I buy a lot from here and think they are very reliable.

I have been buying from totemo for 3 years! I love the fact they have such a large variation of items! I last received my B.T.S shoes and love them they are comfortable and at a great price! You can’t beat the customer service and welcoming feeling you get when you buy from them!

I love this shop. It’s affordable and has great quality products

This shop is really great, I can trust them that I get what I ordered, one of the best sites where I can buy kpop merch in very good quality, for short I truly love them ^^

I love this company so much when I have problem they do try their best to solve it. Everything is so cute and they make most things as affordable as possible. The fact that they are not based in the US does offer longer shipping time but to me it’s worth the wait. They also always have sales and discount codes for you

This is the most reliable website I have ever purchased kpop merch from! Their customer support is amazing and I have never been scammed or disappointed . I have ordered from here at least 3 times and it is very trustworthy.

Most of the items are affordable and even though it takes bit for the orders to arrive, it always come in nice package and new.

If your looking for an honest and hopefully helpful review of this store, please take the time to read mine. At first, when I saw the prices for their items, I thought the quality was going to suffer and the items were going to be cheaply made. But my aunt, who’s been buying from this store for years, gave it stellar recommendations, so I decided to purchase from them. After researching the items on their site for a few months, I made two large orders that included shirts, a hoodie, accessories, a pillow blanket set and jewelry, and each of these items is absolutely amazing quality. I’m very selective about the items I buy, but after my purchases I was beyond pleased. The price is ridiculously cheap for such high quality items, and their selection of K-pop, BTS and cute goodies is unique and awesome! ^^ If I had any complaints, it was when my local post office had issues delivering my order, but this had nothing to do with Totemo whatsoever, and when I contacted Totemo Kawaii about this, their customer service was courteous and prompt. The shipping time to the USA will take a bit longer than receiving items from Europe or other countries. My orders took about a month to arrive, but I’ve noticed this is mostly standard when ordering items from South Korea, and I actually noticed Totemo’s shipping was a bit faster than other items I had been waiting on from Seoul! :) I seriously have nothing bad to say about the company, the store, or their items; it’s literally my go to website for all things BTS, and that’s coming from a picky consumer who is always looking for a sale and to buy merch on a budget. ^^ If you’re debating on buying from them, I’d say please go ahead! :D You won’t be disappointed. ^^

I’ve bought several things from this shop, and I have never been disappointed. Everything is really cute (love the packaging) and is decent quality! I follow their Instagram page, and I am really impressed with their customer service!

Remembering my first order from Totemo Kawaii Shop was the best purchase I could have made because of their cute packaging that can be we used and it really keeps your package safe. They sell the cutest things and I have brought a lot from this store. From appeal to accessories to merch. I love me some BTS Merch they even have free ones so I always try to add one to my cart before checking out. The only thing is my wallet is crying from all these purchases. I even have to give up an order I really like to save money but ended up coming back >_< for it. But since must were free I have missed my opportunity.

The seller can be easily contracted by email or messager I really love that because when I have a package that is not too good she was able to fix it and ship the new order. It is reliable and can be trusted as an online store. I look forward to seeing what they sell <3 so Thank you for Totemo Kawaii Shop for being a cute shop on the internet I can trust with quality.

I saw this shop advertised on Instagram and couldn't resist their free worldwide shipping! I've since placed several orders :) Their selection of BTS / kpop merchandise is awesome and they always have freebies with every order. The international shipping is a bit slow due to the COVID pandemic and customs, but their customer service is always very friendly and helpful in providing updates as to when your order will arrive. Highly recommend!

I have shopped from this site a number of times and i can really recommend this shop to other k-pop fans. And when i had some problems with my latest order i got professional help from them. Thank you!

Totemo Kawaii Shop is certainly the best store I’ve shopped from online! They have an amazing collection of items ranging from stationery to clothing that is of incredibly high quality. I have never been disappointed by anything I have ordered from here and highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to take advantage of high quality merchandise at an inexpensive price! Shipping is fast and deals are a plus!

Its an amazing shop, really nice products. The staff are really sweet and helpful people

Amazing quality items for a wonderfully reasonable price! I bought some BTS merch and received free jewellery with my purchase. Everything was shipped and delivered together quickly. DEFINITELY will be buying from there again 😊👍🏾
