It said that I would receive the package between 3-5 days. I’ve been waiting around two weeks now and I still haven’t received it. Customer service don’t want to help at all. Couldn’t recommend shopping here

One of the bags, I bought had a minor defect after a short time. TØTE simply aknowledged it and quickly sent me a new one and I didn´t have to send the other one back to them, so really no hassle.

Very good communivation with them via email.

I ordered the SIV crossbody bag, which was perfect for me as it holds all the stuff I need while travelling, and my laptop etc. without it feeling heavy. I was very satisfied with the product.

Unfortunately, the zipper broke within 3 months. The customer service was really helpful and kind and offered to send me a new bag immediately, which was absolutely amazing!

Product does not fully live up to standards, as it feels like a drop shipping product. But customer care fully compensates this feeling by adding a discount code in retrospect and sending a replacement item for free

Ordered a SIV bag, and it was really good. Unfortunately after some use it broke at a certain place. After contacting TOTE they provided a new bag without any extra costs. And the replies from them were very fast as well. Great company and great customer service!

Extremely fast and helpful costumer support! The bag I ordered had a sewing problem and after describing the problem, I was immediately sent a new bag!

Fantastic bags and an outstanding customer service team. I unfortunately had an issue with a stud fastener and a replacement was issued straight away along with an apology. Would definitely use company in future.

Cool and functional bags for a fair price.
I saw there were some loose threads after some usage in my bag. Reached out to customer service who were not only quick to answer, but gave me a couple of options which could help me resolve the issue.

I had been using a bag a lot since January and the zipper broke. I asked for a discount for a new bag. Within a few days, I got a brand new one in the mailbox. Happy me. Thank you all, super nice

The fabric of my totebag ripped along one of the side seams, totally destroyed and unusable. Contacted support with some pictures and was immediately issued a replacement, no further questions, except to confirm my adress. Great customer service.

Very disappointing returns process. To start a refund, customers are required to email the company and wait for a response. I was then sent a link to pay for return shipping and generate a returns label, but the label would not generate. The proposed solution was simply to provide the return address and ask me to pay for shipping again. At £15 for shipping, this is an unreasonable and frustrating experience, especially as the company has refused to refund the shipping cost despite the issue appearing to be with their own website.

Great costumer service. My bag didn’t had the desired quality and replaced it instantly.

The bags are amazing: light, beautifull, simple.
Good to wear and carry around even vor long hours.
I had problems with bagpacks, they annoied me, with this bag, my back is free, which is specially with high temparatures very helpfull.
I am really happy with this bag.
Only advice I would give: the zipper could be bigger. Stronger.

Bags are better than what yo expect

I use my new tote bag every single day and am absolutely delighted. The quality is noticeably premium, it looks fantastic, and it is the perfect size for daily use. It is incredibly versatile and goes with everything.

I also want to highly commend the customer service: my first shipment unfortunately had a small product defect. However, it was replaced with a new shipment immediately and without any hassle. It couldn't have been quicker or easier.

I ordered two of the SIV (black & sand) and absolutely LOVE them. So spacious but still light and I love that they're waterproof too. Also love the fact for once the strap can be made really long. Going back for the navy - will go great with jeans!

I ordered a nice Tote bag. Sadly, after 4 months it got a tear, but customer support helped me immediatly and satisfactory!
