Scam!
Products don't work and customer service is useless and very rude, blaming you and insisting the products do work.
Wasted money. Never buying again from these scammers. Useless snake oil that doesn't do anything to moths.

Wonderful and kind service from Total Wardrobe Care. They posted my purchases which I had left behind at the Spirit of Christmas show and would not even accept payment for the postage!
Don't waste (large amounts of) your money. I have used the moth decoy for over a year now, a subscription, and my clothes are still being devoured, despite also continuously freezing them. Scam
I purchased the Moth Box from Total Wardrobe Care and followed all instructions precisely, including correct placement and waiting time. Despite this, the trap caught absolutely nothing — not a single moth — even though moth activity was visibly present in the room.
When I raised this, customer service took a defensive tone, insisting the product is "proven" and implying user error rather than addressing the possibility that it simply may not work in all cases. They dismissed photographic evidence I provided showing the completely empty trap and offered no meaningful explanation, just a vague list of external factors.
A refund was eventually issued, but only after being pushed — and accompanied by a condescending message stating it was a "gesture of goodwill," not because the product failed. Looking up reviews afterward, I noticed others reporting similar results, which makes their claim of “no history of performance issues” feel disingenuous.
I wouldn’t recommend this company. The product did not work, and the way they treat customers with concerns is unprofessional and dismissive.
They ship really fast. I bought the moth decoy and slowly but surely it's working. It does take time because the decoy doesn't kill them, it just stops them breeding. The moths started up again in spring and using the decoy I'm seeing less and less of them. I don't love the shipping costs to Australia, I wish there was a cheaper (slower) opinion but I get sometimes this isn't possible. I've recommended to a friend who's bought them too, hope they also have success!
I recently required some advice concerning moths (which I have never experienced before) and customer service knowledge was truly informative and made me realize that without this help I would have purchased the wrong product. I purchased the Chrysanthemum Moth Killer Spray and am very happy with my purchase and grateful to have found the product should I need it again.
This company overcharge on products that are much cheaper elsewhere. If you're ordering for delivery outside of the UK, you will be charged extra taxes on import. Also, I received an email from some company called Feefo to say that my review of TWC had been published. On checking, the review gave them 5 stars. This is not my review, I would have given them 0 stars. TWC clearly submitted the review themselves. This is a total con job, avoid at all costs!
Very disappointing! On opening my package of cedar balls I was expecting the scent of cedar to waft out but it didn't, so these cedar balls won't keep any moths away. As I like the product I'm keeping it and will purchase a cedar refresher spray but from another supplier as I don't want another disappointment.
A parcel was returned to Total Wardrobe Care. Tracking information testifies to the delivery. However Total Wardrobe Care have not issued a refund. I am shocked by their treatment of their customers. They have swindled me out of £100.
Products smell lovely and absolutely work, without the harsh chemicals! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to love their clothes a little bit longer, keep those pesky moths away, and detox and reorganize their overflowing wardrobes.
