Had a 12x8 summer shed fitted yesterday,Ben and gavin(the fitters)were polite and extremely helpful shed was up in no time and very pleased with it

They nailed the shed together in such a way that it can’t be dismantled. When I asked how I might pull it down they just can’t be bothered to reply. Wouldn’t use them again. It’s just plain rude.

By far the best price for a supplied and fitted summerhouse.
Needed a little bit of prep work, sanding etc before I could paint, and not all the cuts are perfect but for the price paid I can have no complaints, has been watertight since I got it as well even during very heavy rainfall.

We needed to replace our old shed and found what seemed to be the right product with Total Sheds. The ordering process was straightforward and the discount was a bonus. Delivery was scheduled for May 7th and we were told to expect the installers “late morning”, however we were woken at 7.30 am! The chargehand fitter said we should not have been told late morning, as they knew he was always in the yard by 4.30. The shed was duly assembled in place, although two of the edge boards were chipped at the ends. The fitter said not to worry, he would make sure someone would return and replace them. There was no opportunity to examine the shed in detail, it was a case of sign the paperwork so that the guys could get away. On reading the warranty paperwork we realised we had to put a treatment onto the shed almost immediately and silicone round the windows to complete the seal. Later that day we put on the treatment, during the course of which we found knotholes (not just knots) in the wood, gaps in the shiplap and several cases where the nails attaching the shiplap to the uprights had gone down the edge of the upright and were protruding into the shed. We also noticed that there only three edge pieces securing the roof felt, the one at the back being missing. The company later explained that they don’t fit a piece at the back of a pent shed as it tends to collect runoff water and rot. Never seen that before. We took pictures of the imperfections and emailed them to Total, however when we contacted them two weeks later they apparently hadn’t received them so had to resend. Got no redress for the poor construction, actually filled in the various holes ourselves, but did eventually get a £10 refund for the damaged edge boards! As we are both in our 70s, the shed will probably last long enough for our needs as long as we keep an eye on regular maintenance, but overall we are disappointed with our Total Sheds experience and are unable to recommend them.

Had some fence panels dropped today and they are perfect.

Zero aftersales service. They do not respond to emails, well actually, they did respond to the very first asking for photos which I sent them by return. Thereafter not heard a thing. There is a strip of lead missing off one of the windows. I just asked for a metre of lead so that I could fix it myself - no response. Also, 5 out of 6 hinges are broken - no response! I am happy to do the repairs myself but they have not replied since Feb/March 2021.

Avoid this company like the plague! We had our shed fitted last July and were initially happy with it however it got to September and the roof started leaking so they came out to fix it by re-felting the roof. It was at this point I noticed the roof was bowed allowing a puddle to gather however I was reassured it was fine as it had been re-felted. January came and surprise surprise the roof was leaking again so I specifically said the roof was bowed and needed to be replaced however they came and said they had been instructed to re-felt and not replace the roof. Here we are less than a year later and it is leaking again and when contacted I’m told that I’m out of warranty and I should have informed them during the warranty period which I had done…twice. They are now demanding £350 to replace the roof which quite frankly is disgusting seeing as we paid over £1000 for it!

Customer service is really poor. I had a few questions about their summer sheds, the person I spoke to knew very very little about the product (pressure treated? "I think it says so on the website". Is there a roof truss on the 12 x 10 model? "don't know"). Only helpful point was the 10% offer which he mentioned, but which was pointless after the prices increased by £300 a few hours later (he failed to mention that). When I called the next morning to ask why the price had gone up and why he failed to mentioned this just hours earlier, the answer was "we don't know anything about the prices".

I would recommend buying from a company that knows their own products a little better

I had my shed delivered on time and was installed by Todd & Lee who provided a trouble free quick build. They was polite and friendly service who I recommend. I'm very pleased with the quality of the shed which didn't disappoint as specified on their website. Where I ordered my shed online which was great getting a discount too. So overall give a 5 star rating as happy all round.

Just brought a 7x5 pent shed off total sheds.the shed is well made with tanalsed tonged and groved cladding the frames are good strong timber really good alround shed. I recommend Total Sheds to anyone buying a new shed.

Yesterday we had our shed/summerhouse delivered, after waiting 13 weeks from ordering. But wow! Well worth the wait! Exactly as the picture showed. The two guys who delivered erected the whole building just over an hour- and on the hottest day too!
They were extremely polite at all times. We were asked to check the building to ensure we were happy with everything. We are! Very
Happy!

Phil and Todd were super friendly, quick and efficient. Really great service, had the shed up fast! I really recommend Total Sheds and if you are lucky you'll get Phil and Todd installing it too. :)
