Sent cheaper make batteries than bought

Placed an order for several items, which included some Yucel 12v 7Ah rechargeable batteries. They arrived but where a different (cheaper) make, this is called misleading, when I wrote to them said they had run out, and just got three from a shop. (no idea why internet ordering cannot show in stock when they are not) They kindly said I could return them! but I pay cost of sending (these are heavy batteries) and then they would refund, done that with other companies and not only lost items, but postage cost.
Not a happy experience.
