I had a terrible experience with this seller and want to warn others before you waste your money and time. I ordered a gym belt, and when it arrived, there was a flyer inside saying that if you need a different size, don’t return the product — just email them, and they’ll send the size you want without requiring a return. Sounds nice, right? Well, it’s a complete trap.
My belt was slightly too large, so I followed their instructions. Within an hour of emailing them, they replied asking for my full details — name, address, etc. I sent everything right away, expecting the replacement belt to arrive soon.
Then... nothing.
A week passed — no belt. I emailed them again asking if anything had been shipped. No response. Waited another week, tried again, asking for a tracking number — completely ignored. Two more weeks went by (a full month total), I sent another follow-up email, and again — absolutely no reply.
At this point, it’s clear this isn’t just bad customer service — it feels deceptive. They collected all my personal information under false pretenses, never sent the replacement, and then vanished into thin air. It honestly feels like a tactic to harvest customer data or just to string people along.
I feel used, frustrated, and angry. No one deserves to deal with such dishonesty. This seller should be reported and investigated for their shady practices.
