I highly recommend Total Moving Solutions. The service was excellent, communication was great and I was very happy with everything.

From the moment I contacted Scott at TMS Removals I knew I was in good hands. Moving is challenging and can be stressful. We contacted four companies to compare and TMS were the most competitive and professional. We moved from Dublin to Tuscany and it the experience surpassed our expectations. Every stage was handled professionally with friendly staff packing our goods, facilitating in every way they could. They were always on time at each stage of the move and our emails and requests were responded to within hours of reaching out. From the moment I sent the enquiry email Scott at TMS replied quickly and was proactive, professional and available to me for all of my queries. The quote was significantly cheaper than other companies so I was nervous that it wouldn’t go smoothly but I could not have been more wrong. Scott took all of the stress away and the removal guys at both ends were great. They arrived on time, packed and loaded everything within 2 hours and it was delivered to my destination abroad one week later - much faster than other companies had quoted me. Upon delivery I had the same excellent service with the guys arriving exactly when they said they would and they had unloaded to my house within an hour with everything arriving in tact. I am very happy with how smoothly everything went and I would highly recommend Scott and the team at TMS.

I had my things shipped from the UK to the USA and was honestly nervous after my parents had an awful experience with a different company years ago.
The team here were transparent, knowledgeable, and professional. Packers came and made an invoice of my things from a storage unit and everything was at my destination about 3 months later (longer than the usual due to the tariffs in the US), but I didn't mind waiting.

The whole team are brilliant, really great company, and I was very happy to put my trust in them. If anyone is unsure of which company to go with- go with Total Moving Solutions Ltd. Christian and the team won't let you down. They'll keep you updated every step of the way. ☺️

I used Total Moving Solutions from my move from Scotland to Paris. My assigned move manager Mike Goodwin was extremely efficient and helpful in making sure that everything went well, and managed to schedule collection and delivery when it was most convenient for me.

Communication and responsiveness was excellent. The whole move from UK to Australia was completed successfully with the minimum of stress. I would highly recommend this company.

I can only recommend TMS. Mike was super helpful in guiding us through the whole process, paying attention to all tiny details (ie., ensuring drivers would call us ahead of arriving). The pricing was transparent, and he was even able to accommodate storage of our things ahead of our arrival to the UK. Great service, would recommend!

Do Not Use them!!!
Moving van did not show up on moving day. They did not even let me know they were not coming. I called them and they (James) flippantly said “ oh yeah we can’t come it will be a couple more days”!!!! On completion day!! There’s lots more but I won’t go on, just BEWARE OF THIS SHITTY COMPANY!

TMS was not the cheapest offer, but after having talked to them I realized they would be the most reliable and professional (and they didn’t prove me wrong). Mike made the whole thing seamless, was always very quick to respond and made sure to check how things were going at every stage. I was in good hands :-)
