They're only as good as Royal Mail delivers

I have subscribed for some time to Total TV Guide and I like the magazine. Just one problem - UNRELIABLE DELIVERY. Because in order to get it to me, they need to rely on ROYAL MAIL. If you are using contractors you are only as good as that contractor. And Royal Mail are utterly awful. I had already tolerated several missed deliveries and gave a "final warning". Guess what - no mag again. Enough is enough. Of course parent company Bauer have an awful rating too. I probably won't take up any more subscriptions from anyone using Royal Mail.
