Poor service

Put in an order, no confirmation email received. Order was cancelled with no notification at all. No contact number or even email just a form on their site. If I hadn't seen the PayPal refund notification I would have had no idea the item wasn't coming. This site sells on eBay and Facebook so it's likely the item was sold on another platform. Now I have to wait for a full refund to hit my account before ordering somewhere else. Just a huge waste of my time with zero customer service to boot.
