The product exceeded expectations, and the service provided was exceptional. It offers excellent value. From start to finish, Ashley, James, Graeme, and another team member, whose name I can't recall, were outstanding. I strongly recommend them for CCTV and alarm system installations.

First made contact with Ashley to discuss problems with my current cctv system quickly identified the problem over the phone Oliver the engineer was then booked in to do the job arrived on the agreed date, walked me around to show me where new cabling etc would be and asked if I was happy.upon connecting everything back up to the dvr there was a problem with it not coming on and connecting to cameras he advised it could be the dvr itself and I may need a new one,after eliminating certain things he found it was the actual power cable going to my dvr he offered to replace that for £15 very happy with that price considering I thought I was going to have to pay for a new dvr.he then checked everything was working including the app on my phone and tided up after himself would definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them if ever needed 5 stars from me

Really pleased with Total Home Experts. Ashley was responsive to messages out of hours and was able to interpret what I wanted and advise me, in line with my budget. The whole cctv system was set up within days and Mike the fitter was more than helpful, making sure I got what I wanted and taking the time to go through the app. Thank you both. I've had the alarm for over a year without any issues but we just switched to a new broadband provider and the new router wasn't detecting the hub. One of the engineers came out and quickly sorted free of charge. They have been very friendly and I would highly recommend them. Thanks

Removed old security lights and replaced with modern ones. Arrived on time and very helpful and tidied up after . Thanks Graham. Recommended.

Easy to speak to and get a quote. Answered any questions I had and there was no pressure to commit. On the day of the installation the engineer arrived on time and was incredibly friendly and polite. He removed the old system, fully explained the new one to me and even cleaned up after himself which is always appreciated. Highly recommended to a family member who is due to move home shortly.

A tremendous job done by Graeme in understanding what we needed and ensuring that the job was done to the highest standard before leaving (even in the rain). Ashley and Graeme have been great and swiftly addressed our concerns. Graeme was very patient and understanding of dementia and worked round this without any disruption. Thank you both.

I have always found the team very helpful when I ring up. I have a limited understanding of IT, Computers etc so need to be talked through the "what to do stuff" if I have a problem 🤦‍♀️ which they do very well.

Very good spoke to them after being inundated with calls. new what i wanted and provided it with the urgency it deserved engineer couldn’t be more polite and cleaned everything away. alarm removal and installation brilliant very happy and a good price too.

When my wife and I discussed getting CCTV it was with a great deal of trepidation. We felt overwhelmed by the array of equipment and choices available, and we needed to get the CCTV system fitted quickly but without disruption to our household.

Excellent service provided, would recommend A++. Recently had 3 floodlight cameras installed with a WIFI bridge to another building. Easy and accurate quote provided with expert advice from Ashley. Expert job by Graeme and team in fitting and overcoming some unforeseen issues.

What lovely guys. The job was done to perfection and Graham was a darling and certainly knew his stuff. I was ripped off before these guys came along and I will NEVER go to anyone else again. I felt secure and not threatened in my house as a single lady which means a lot these days. Dont go anywhere else and trust these guys A1 service by Graham and Ashley was lovely on the phone and even sorted out an issue I had afterwards when my internet went down.
