A really positive help in weightloss packaged in an exciting way

I started with TotalDiet Food back in September for two weeks to kick start my weight loss. I had looked at the alternatives and this seemed to be the most interesting providing good nutrition with tasty meals to keep me full all day long. I have some food allergies so they were very sympathetic with that and provided food replacement at no extra cost. Helpful, available and positive I have used the service at least 5 times to keep me back on track and they have educated me to eat well but not to miss meals. I have to say with use of the gym I have reached my goal and hopefully keep it going through Christmas. I will use the service to keep me on track to ensure my weight stays at a healthy level.
