I have a 2014 Maserati quattroport

I have a 2014 Maserati quattroport, i’ve looked into several warranty companies after doing a little bit of homework total auto protect was definitely in my top three. I chose total auto protect because they were able to get me a warranty plan with the term and miles of my liking and of course with the help of Jason Who i highly recommend to help you. Jason made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. The only reason I am giving a four star rating is because I have yet to submit a claim but if and when I do I will definitely submit a review on that experience.

Cheaper than expected

Jason was great to work with. He called back when he said he would and had an the answers to my in depth questions. I'm glad to know I can cancel or transfer services at any time if I need to. Wouldn't have purchased the 5 year plan otherwise. Jason never made me feel pressured into anything. Hopefully I stay this happy over the years with the service!

Confident I chose well

It’s a difficult decision to make when you buy a protection plan. You won’t really know how good the program is until you need it. But I have a great feeling. I was spoken to with respect and professionalism and feel very confident I made a great choice.

Jason at Total Auto Protect was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I recently joined BMW motorcycle riding group and will recommend Jason at future meetings.

I called 3 times having to hangup all 3…

I called 3 times having to hangup all 3 because my phone was ringing off. They called me back I was on the phone I called back. I got ahold of Sam he seemed like talking to a old friend. He explained the coverages they had I picked the top one. Thxs for the help Sam

This company is horrible to deal with. Keep looking for another warranty company!

This company is horrible to deal with. They are fast to take your money, but it's very difficult to get a claim handled. You have to have the vehicle diagnosed, then have the shop call Total Auto Protect to get an OK to go ahead. If the shop can't get through then the process stalls.

Off the fence

I was on the fence about an extended warranty and Jason helped me decide by allowing an earlier promo to be extended so I could cover the car for 1 year. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Used Bentley Continental GT - warranty coverage purchased

I have been toying with the idea of buying a warranty for my Bentley Continental GT. After doing some research I decided to go with this Total Auto Protect. The representative who handled my warranty purchase was a guy called Jason and he was extremely professional And likable. So far so good but of course the ‘proof of the pudding‘ like anything in life will be if and when I come to use the warranty coverage for repairs to the car. I haven’t had this policy for long enough to need to get any repairs done to the car.

Being that my car is a Bentley Continental, it made sense to purchase the most premium of the packages available and in terms of the outlined coverage the warranty looks impressive on paper.

My early impression is favorable! Thanks
