I have emailed SO many times in the…

I have emailed SO many times in the last 4 days. All I get is the SAME ANSWER from a ROBOT. It only refers to MY EMAIL address which is NOT in their data. We WANT to UNSUBSCRIBE from a subscription my husband started in 2010. We cannot find an account number or a password!! We can't afford to pay anymore as we are pensioners. I am getting NOWHERE!! And they just slugged us with something new for $129 that we DID NOT ORDER!!!!! The robot reads NOTHING so NOTHING is resolved!!!!!!! I AM LIVID!!!!!
