DO NOT ORDER from Tostadora FRance! poor quality non custom service total waste of money and time!
i made order fro 2 shirts and one hoodie with QR code for scanning ... all arrive in poor quality the QR code is not scananble and noone even answer my emails fro exchange or refund! I dont know why those type of websites still exist t least in EU. I will check ho is with eu right of consumer!

I ordered a t shirt which wasn’t available anywhere else. The site said to order a size up as it was small fitting. I did so, and the t shirt was an excellent fit. It took a while to arrive, but I knew it was coming from abroad so I wasn’t too concerned. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the item and the service provided.

I received great service and good quality items, no complaints at all. Though my first order turned out to be a size too small for me, they replaced the items with a larger size for free.

Trying to reach the customer service without any feedback from email or ticket submitted on their website... My order should have been delivered end of last week, it is for an important gift for this weekend and can't get a feedback when it will be delivered and if i need a backup gift... A pity!!

ordered the item with express delivery as a birthday present that was the last we heard of it tracking implied it had left the country, which one we might never know ,if and when we see it i have little trust as its colis privee and they generally get everything wrong

Awesome designs, my husband is a big guy so we opted for 5xl (3xl is usually sufficient, but I factored in potential shrinkage) which I'm hoping won't happen with cold washes.

I started getting notifications for where my package is a few days after I ordered, took a little over a week to arrive which considering it came from Spain and post brexit i would say is fairly swift ^_^

Overall, very satisfied, will update review after a couple of months as to whether the designs hold or if there is shrinkage x

Do not use this company. My package arrived today only 6 weeks after I ordered it. The two t shirts are totally different sizes despite being both XS and only one of the deigns is the one I ordered, the other seems to have been ordered by a sociopath judging by the design. Appalling from start to finish.

Really disappointed paid extra for a rush order and had an email to say dispatched next day which is great....seems my parcel was then delivered really quickly just not to me! Will have to sort it out after Christmas, fingers crossed.

I paid extra for delivery for quick receipt of goods. Goods have not arrived. I have contacted the company they told me had the parcel, but they have confirmed they have no record of it. I have since sent 4 emails to chase the order but all have been ignored and no one has replied to me.

Ordered a T-shirt for a friends birthday and paid extra for fast delivery. T-shirt arrived quickly but was covered in stains and filthy marks. Contacted the company who said they would send a replacement with no need to return the filthy one. Great, I thought, except almost a week later and there’s no sign of the replacement and no reply to my email to chase it up. It’s my friends birthday today and I now have to head to the shops to look for another present. Won’t be using them again and I would not recommend that anyone else does.

Really fantastic customer service and quick delivery I had a T shirt ordered as a present for my birthday but my sister ordered the incorrect size. Amazingly Tostadora have sorted everything out for me so I am stress free. Thanks so much I appreciated your great customer service!

Ordered last minute for a New Year's Eve party and paid extra for fast delivery. The t-shirts arrived in time as promised despite bank holidays - have had problems with other companies failing to deliver between Christmas and New Year so was delighted they got this right. Good quality T shirts too.
