No communication or refund
Delivery of glasses was fast.
I have since sent back the parcel using Royal Mail as the glasses didn’t suit me and have not had a refund or even communication to tell me that this is in process.

Looking at the records, I can see that a refund was issued on 8th September, which was the day your order came back to us. Obviously, that is 12 days before you left your review, so it certainly should have reached you by this point. I know that Maya has contacted you by telephone this morning, left a voicemail and followed up by email too. At this stage, we would ask that you double check your bank/card statement, and we will then take the matter further with Stripe (our payment provider) if required. .
In terms of communication, as a matter of course you should receive an automated email from us once a refund has been issued. We will definitely look to see if there has been a system, error here with the triggering of this message. Please accept our apologies if this has not been received.

If I could give zero I would my glasses took forever to come and when they did turn up looked nothing like I was expecting, a d there stupid return process is rubbish save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else

I can see that your order was placed on Sunday 24th August and despatched on Friday 29th. I appreciate there was a 24hr delay with Royal Mail, and then there was no-one at home to accept the delivery on their first attempt. That being said, the glasses were still delivered within the 7-10 working day lead time we quote for all prescription orders.

I was sceptical to order as I had never heard of the company, there were limited reviews and not a big social media presence. My prescription is very high too. When I found the glasses I loved, I sent my prescription over and bought them online. I received an email a few days later requesting my ‘pupillary distance’ as they couldn’t estimate it due to a high prescription. They quickly responded after I sent that over, and that was that. After a week or so, my glasses arrived and they are absolutely spot on. The exact quality you’d expect from a typical large chain store, not from a relatively unheard of online business. Im really pleased with my glasses and I finally actually enjoy wearing glasses everyday! In future, I’ll definitely be browsing here for more glasses!
