We were informed a week before suppose departure that it wouldn’t be possible to do the trip and we wait since week for our money!!

Booked last available Flight,arriving very late with no connections from Airport to the city.
No indications if car was needed or not in the booked location.
Update:
1-above are just indications on what went wrong and you could improve next time. Flight that late is a risk (our was postponed and arrrived at 2pm), maybe good to give more options in advance.
2-not knowing hotel position and type of place, it can be useful having a preference if a car is needed or not, which are advisable/available means of transport. I.e.in this case our stay was good(this Is the Reason of the reply), but only because we rented a car, the hotel was not very easily reachable/ to move from otherwise.
3-not sure disclosing location of where we were flying was relevant in your reply.
To sum up sometimes having options/preferences when booking is ok but can also not be enough to avoid bad surprises, especially with this type of experience.
Increasing to 3 stars because of the overall good experience.

Regarding the flight schedule: your outward flight was at 10:35 with arrival in Palma de Mallorca before lunch. The return flight to Milan was at 22:50 with arrival at 00:35.
When a time filter is not set in the preferences section when booking, as in your case, we try to select times that allow our travellers to enjoy their stay as long as possible. So with departures in the morning and return in the evening.
Flights and hotels are included in our travel packages. Activities and travel preferences can be set in the appropriate areas during the booking process. Also because we would have no way of knowing whether, for example, you have your own means of transport for the return journey from the airport to your home.
When someone writes to us with this need we also take care of booking the transfer, but in this case, when we sent you the return check-ins, you replied with an email telling us that the trip went very well and thanking us.
We want to make all these things clear because we value transparency about our service.
We thank you for travelling with us and look forward to organising another surprise together.

great experience! I had a little issue with the first flight ticket I received but the guys fixed it in 5 mins and sent me the right one straight after! the hotel was very nice and everything was very smooth

I’m not satisfied with your company I hope still have the descount added to my profile because of the incident last month when I lost all the 4 days trip to Budapest, the plane and all the money are lost. I still don’t believe you can do anything for the costumer.
