ABSURD! You have to wager $100 to just complete $1 in playthrough requirements. If you are a daily bonus kind of player, stay the #$@! away from these guys. Why can't you be like other casinos, who have only 1X or no play through? They seem to manage to stay open and successful without unethical practices such as at Tora Tora.

Looks like this site has been dead. They are non existent for customer service and scammed me out of my money. Stay far away from here.

Played and had a blast but when it comes to the redeeming that's 2here the issue is. The redemption seem to be a lie. Wish I had never purchased their package deal. Waste of money.

This place is by far the worst online gaming experience I've ever had not only am I convinced that they steal your money they kept sending me a spam email and text to my phone I won several jackpots and they refuse to pay do not waste your money here!!!!

I wouldn’t waste money I bought a 5$ package just to try it got up to 185$ tried redeeming but it said I got to play through 5.08$ so 45$ later I checked to redeem again it was saying 5.05$ to redeem tried contacting customer service and they have not replied this casino is a crock of shit

Great games and selections but the playthrough for redemption is Terrible. I needed a 116.00 playthrough. Played 972.00 through and it went up to 181.00 playthrough. I'm guessing for the bonuses I won in games.

I had money in my account and went to log in and it was all gone and they said it was because SC expires after 30 days. I am on a lot better online casinos that dont do this. Yes they stole My money, BE AWARE!! Setting up a charge back with my credit card company now

Scam. I buy dollar for dollar and they add an impossible playthrough to cash out. Reviews here that say they are good are made up. This is a scam casino. Look at other reviews they are the exact same reviews under different peoples names

Worst casino EVER!!!! Many days prior to the Nov 10th 2025 restriction of all Minnesota account members I was suddenly and unexpectedly locked out of my account. I needed to make a final redemption but was unable to log in. No explanation other than my state was going to be restricted. TORATORA REFUSED TO PAY ME THE $112 THAT WAS REDEEMABLE BEFORE THE RESTRICTION WOULD TAKE PLACE!!!
COUNTLESS EMAILS SENT TO THEM YET NO LEGITIMATE EXPLANATION. ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL!!!

BEWARE ToraTora has become a scam casino. Just like everyone else here, I deposited $20 and after winning they slapped a $2500 rollover on. That’s right, for depositing $20 they want me to play $2500 to redeem…

But it gets WORSE. They stated that your PAST deposits and bonus amount are factored into your rollover. SO if you deposited $100 and lost it. Now you have to play anywhere from 5x-50x from that deposit on your NEW deposit to redeem. That’s right, these scammers want you to continue depositing money to their site so that you can essentially work off the rollover from the last deposit. INSANITY. PREDATORY.

This is one of the funnest games I’ve played! They got great customer service and daily bonus!

ToraTora is a great platform and has a ton of great games and customer service is great at responding and helping with any questions or concerns I definitely recommend them

A couple months ago I purchased a package, I did my playthrough and I went to redeem and couldn't. They no longer took my bank Chime so I tried my Regions Bank and still couldn't redeem my $267. I spoke with customer support they were not helpful at all they told me I had to choose my bank on the list well regions was on the list. I tried for a month to get that money 2 weeks of trying in the first two weeks there was nothing but a black screen when I went to go log on on my phone on my computer on my son's phone it was a blank black screen. When they finally did pull up the website again one month after I began trying to get my money they told me they had to take it back because it had been sitting there for a month.

I love how easy their site is to navigate and that they offer free sc just about everyday.

Great games…. HORRIBLE redemptions……. I redeemed on 12/2/25; still “reviewing”. Contacted CS, was told 24 hours for review…… it’s been 72 hours now…. Contacted CS for an update….. was told fairly rudely, that redemptions take up to 5 or more days………

Update…… My winnings were approved today; after leaving my previous review. I will give them 4 stars now, but they REALLY need to work on their redemption timing.

I will continue to play, I’m just mindful of the slow redemption……

I purchased a package of $19.99 for $40. I hit for $200 went to cash out. That's where I noticed it showing a ridiculous required playthrough amount of $4,138. I said F it and played the money. Needless to say I have now won over $14,000 with $4,700 in my account meaning I have played through almost $10,000. My playthrough requirement was going down dollar for dollar at first but now it's going down by 10 cents for every $100 I play. This has got to be a scam. I will literally have to playthrough $300,000 to be able to cash out on my $19.99/$40 purchase. Stay Away from this scam site.

Total scam. Beware.

I have only done 2 purchases here. one for 9.99 a couple months ago, and now one yesterday, I got a 19.99 for 40 offer. After purchasing, I had that I needed to play through 32SC to unlock redeems. Which I shouldn't need to play through more than my balance to redeem, but anyways.

I took my 40SC and did one bonus buy on Lucky Penny. I won 175SC! Awesome. I checked because now I should be through playtrhough, NOPE. My playthrough was now over 2000SC to unlock redeems.

Nowhere in their ToC does it show any of this only some support guy named Joseph who send me some copy paste of we can do 50x the bonus amount. I kept winning, got up to 377SC but the play through was barely dropping, I know I played through at least 1000SC if not more and my play through was still over 1500SC before I could even simply redeem. So it is even more than the 50x

Do not put your money here, I will be initiating a chargeback ASAP. Support stopped replying once I asked for where this is in the Terms.
