Helpful and responsive team

Toptek
Toptek, a Gr8 company to deal with. I had to phone them to ask a few dumb questions, which were answered in a way that did not make me feel dumb at all. Because of my concerns the technician said he would personally handle my purchase and send it asap. I ordered it Monday and received it Thursday.

Great prices on quality products with service to match
I recently purchased a DLP Projector and UPS from Toptek Store - both from quality well known brands. The items were very competitively priced and in stock. Delivery cost was also very reasonable.
Ordering from the website was easy and I received updates as the order progressed through to dispatch and delivery. The order was shipped out very quickly.
I had some questions for Toptek after ordering and these were answered very quickly to my satisfaction.
The products arrived in good condition & showed they had been stored & handled carefully at Toptek and looked after in transit by their delivery partners.
I will make Toptek my first stop in the future - only wish I had found them a long time ago!

I was advised that the delivery would…As Above
I was advised that the delivery would be on 17th June, and as 5.54 pm a note on the web site advised that i was not in the office, and i was.
Then to be advised that is was on the truck for delivery for the 18th June, sang at around 3.30 pm to be advised that it would be delivered, rang again at 5.23 pm to be advised that it will be delivered Monday the 21st June as it is now closed.
The service from Toptek Store has been thorough, but sady let down by a slack delivery service.
