I rang up looking for a printer. Lady who answered didn't seem to know much, so I got transferred to a different staff member who was very helpful and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Smooth transaction, printer was shipped from SA to TAS in a week. Would do business with them again.

he Seller shipped the item promptly, but were seriously let down by their Transport company. Online tracking said Monday, waited at home all day, nothing arrived.
Same again Tuesday, same again Wednesday. Numerous calls to carrier wasted more time - finally arrived Thursday.
Not impressed!

Unfortunately the Toshiba Portege I received was faulty - the charger didn't charge. So I sent the Laptop back and received a refund from Toptek. The customer service was quick and easy to deal with. I ended up buying a laptop from elsewhere.
