Jacket was nothing like picture or…

Jacket was nothing like picture or description. Extremely unhappy with my purchase. $99 on a $20 jacket. The material is not even wearable. I wish I was joking. I attempted to contact company & NO response. I am disputing this charge. When ordering I was told it would arrive within 5-7 days or even mailed out by that matter but because it said I would get before my trip I chose this jacket to arrive. I got multiple emails saying it was on it's way but it wasn't even set out yet. it arrived late. like I was already flying out & couldn't even take it with me. when I returned I was at all satisfied with the jacket. I attempted to contact multiple times. 1st when I noticed it wouldn't be arriving on time like website advised at purchase. then when jacket was actually received ... I attempted to reach out again. Not sure what jackets are being purchased on this site that get such great reviews ... because my jacket? was more like a costume type material.
