The problem ive had with this survey is they keep telling me that am doing them to fast? No am not doing them to fast, just the pace that am happy answering the questions. Then you get to the end of the survey and then you cancel you and you earn no money!!!

Completed offer with proof – still denied payout due to tracking issue
I completed a high-value game offer (“Arrows – Puzzle Escape”) through TopSurveys worth £210.
The offer initially tracked correctly, and I was credited for several early milestones under the same conditions. However, the final and most significant reward did not track.
I contacted support and provided a full continuous screen recording showing:
• Accessing the offer through their platform
• My tracked progress and completed milestones
• Launching the game directly
• My current level (3850), which exceeds the required level
The recording was uploaded and confirmed as viewed by their team.
Despite this, the reward was denied solely because their system “did not receive tracking data” for the final step. I resubmitted the same evidence via email and received the same response again.
So to summarise:
* Tracking worked for earlier steps
* I completed the requirement
* I provided full video proof (twice)
* The reward was still refused
This means that even if you complete an offer correctly and provide clear proof, you may still not be paid if their tracking fails.
Be cautious with high-effort offers on this platform, as the risk falls entirely on the user.
“UPDATE: I contacted support again and resubmitted the evidence, but the claim was denied again for the same reason.”
UPDATE: I had already contacted support multiple times and provided a full continuous screen recording demonstrating completion of the offer. The recording was reviewed and confirmed as viewed, yet the reward was still denied because the final tracking event was not received.
Earlier milestones tracked correctly under the same conditions, which confirms the tracking system was functioning during the offer.
The issue is not a lack of information — it is that clear proof of completion was disregarded due to a tracking failure outside the user’s control.

SCAM - They won't pay the funds
I have been emailing them for 2-3 weeks about not being able to transfer my balance to my bank, or PayPal or any other option. I was able to transfer $5.00 in the beginning now that I want to pull all my funds it will not let me. I have tried everything from $5.00 to $50.00 with no luck. Every time I email them, they close the ticket. They are nothing but a scam company that uses people time and doesn't pay.

This is absolutely positively the worse one of all. I complete surveys in full and not get compensated. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Too many screenouts, the pay is extremely low I'm talking about a 15 minute survey for 6 cents, Wow!! Please avoid Top Surveys. The 5 star reviews on here are fake!!

I have been doing surveys for them
I have been doing surveys for them now for a good little while i thought they were mostly honest until they came up with their new reward system . I started keeping track and i got $0.08 18 out of 20 attempts and getting $0.12 and $.20 the other 2 . i googled it and the odds of me getting $0.08 that many times out of 20 attempts with 9 possibilities is 1 in !! million so i am considering what to do with this information but it sounds like they are not as honest as i thought.

Top Surveys Pays Half the Time
Top Surveys, Earn Star and 5 Surveys are under the same parent company Prime Opinion. Beware you only have a 50/50 chance to ever be compensated. I've had some payouts but lately it seems the higher you go for milestone payments the more likely you're not to be paid. Customer service is AI and only provide canned responses to all the reasons they can't track game play. Even with screenshots and proof of game play through Google Play tracking you will not be paid. If you report an issue within 72-hours it's too early to report and if you wait beyond the 72-hours jokes on you for still playing. They only delay you, stall you and do not pay even with supporting documentation. This is happened 3x in April 2026 alone.
