Rip off don’t pay your money they will deactivate your account as soon as you trade for hedging any any account you have will disappear I called customer service which was very rude and unprofessional. An didn’t provide any assistance or help try any prop firm but this one thank me later

After having an issue regarding an MLL error with a Trading Combined account, Topstep resolved the issue prior to the market open the following day, along with providing a free-reset for the error.

Topstep is like the michael jordan of the prop firm industry and it shows. No matter what new prop firm comes out it being compared to topstep lol. and i see why great customer service great payouts , fast trading executions and the dashboard/ stats is great and user friendly. Great propfirm 10/10

Prompt instant response et tech issue resolution. Excellent service

I have talked about this before. The indictor daily level on topstepx does not stay on my chart. When you move from away from the chart tab, to any other tab, then back to the charts they literally disappear and never come back until I refresh the webpage. The tech team was suppose to get back to me about the resolve, yet they NEVER HAVE. I buy combines all the time, in good faith that they will eventually follow through. I am now tricking myself. I sent ANOTHER video in about this today, just to get a "we will get back to you in 1-2 days". I explained that noone ever gets back to me about a resolve. I asked for a combine reset in my reset bank in good faith as I keep buying combines and they never resolve the issue, and they just give me the run around again. At this point it is shame on me for spending with a company that will not or cannot and will not admit it that they cannot resolve my platform issue. ***Note if you buy into topstep, just be aware of this issue if you use this indicator. I will not buy another combine at topstep without a resolve or explanation that they can or cannot fix the issue moving forward. I expect transparency, and I don't seem to be getting it back. I have sent in video after video showing the issue, its exhausting. I hope this review helps people starting at topstep for the first time. I can say that I am now going to start paying another competitor, even though its more money, yet no issues ever occur that are not resolved or explained that they cannot or will not resolve. Its just about transparency. Again I will update this review once, and IF topstep actually reaches back out to me, without me hounding them. Happy trading. FYI> I have saved every video evidence of this with date and time stamps for anyone who reaches out who wants that for their own volition.
UPDATE: Care team reached out to say(as they have many times in the past, which at this point means they are admitting the issue & avoiding compensation): "I’ve heard back from our Level 2 team, and they wanted me to let you know that our Engineering team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating it. At this time, there is no estimated timeframe for resolution."

If they cannot give simple little compensations for known issues, I can no longer support this company. If this was not a platform technical issue I would not leave a negative comment, unfortunately it is. Buy at your own risk.

Topstep always makes it right with its customers and is lightning fast with the support team.

I just got a payout from Topstep with no issues. Money was in my account in 24 hours or less. No hassle easy automated approval process. I am copy trading 5 funded accounts with good risk management.
I have seen some nagetivity around Topstep recently, but for me they are the best and the one I trust. I was also effected when they had issues with Topstep X. But they always fixed them and its working smoothly for months now. I love the lockout feature on topstep X. That feature saved me many times from blowing my account due to my bad trading. Its easy to blame Topstep when you trade badly. If you trade well with good risk management you will get paid. Topstep have changed the funded rules recently with additional options. I think they are trying adapt to the competitive prop market. Thanks Topstep!

Customer service is always , quick, straightforward… big salute

I had an issue with my payment which was mostly my fault and resulted in the cancelation of my account. But they understand what I was trying to do and my frustration for loosing my account and helped me recover all the progress I had made. So I'm super grateful of Rachel and the Topstep customer service team. Thanks!

My experience with Topstep has been consistently exceptional. While I have encountered very few issues, the one I experienced during a Combine was resolved promptly and effectively. The customer service representative, Amanda, provided outstanding support—she was attentive, dedicated, and highly professional throughout the process. In my view, Topstep continues to stand out as a leading proprietary trading firm.

Not able to receive a good support for Indian Traders

The worst experience. Every month this company makes it worse and worse came back few months later nothing change to better.
TopstepX is just a platform to wash ur profits and make sure you lose.
They say the goal is to make sure that you follow you’re rules and etc Yeah sure 600$ reset hahaha
