I've tried multiple prop accounts and have come to a conclusion that TOPSTEP is the APEX of all! Their integrated TOPSTEP X chart is awesome to include their trading simple rules and customer service! I ONLY wish they would allow $5k withdraws from the $50k account like it used to be!

I am disappointed with the way my case…
I am disappointed with the way my case was handled. I tried to explain that the account loss was related to platform synchronization/functionality issues that were outside my control, but my concerns were dismissed without any meaningful investigation or technical review evidence being provided.
I also felt that the support interaction was not cooperative and that the decision was made too quickly without escalation to a supervisor or technical team. I respect company policies, but customers should at least receive a transparent review process when reporting platform-related issues.
I hope Topstep improves both its customer support approach and technical issue review procedures in the future.

Topstep is unethical
Topstep is now using "hedging violations" as a way to cancel people's accounts. They violate their own policies to take profits from their successful traders. Do not use them. There are much better options out there.
Apex used to be the worst about things like this but now Topstep has taken that title. Well done!
