I was very happy with my resume, Robin Lenhart captured everything I was trying to convey in a neat and concise format. I feel confident about my resume now!

The fact that I can send over a very confusing amount of information and an expert can organize it and change the existing into a stellar document, is just amazing. Lisa did phenomenal work on my resume and I sound like a superstar instead of another mediocre applicant. The best part is it's all true! The language and style used makes such a difference and reflects exactly the type of position I am seeking.

I selected the package that includes both a resume and cover letter. My resume didn't look polished at all and I had to provide multiple edits and revisions before sending it back to the writer. The writer didn't even include the majority of my skills outlined in the initial resume that I had sent as a guideline. Now the cherry on top was when I received the cover letter template. CLEARLY AI generated (verified with GPT zero), using nonsense garbage buzzwords that do not exist in any industry setting. And this is supposed to be a professional service with professional writers? I am not convinced and certainly displeased with the service that I had hoped would boost my chances of obtaining a job in the market.

James listened to my needs and reviewed my information. He produced a useful CV, Cover Letter and Linkedin Profile - by section.
I paid for expedited support and James certainly provided that.
I am happy with the finished product, with some minor tailoring. It is an improvement over my effort.

My writer was so genuine and very quick to turnaround my initial draft. She was honest, gave me real feedback and reminded me to stay confident in my abilities. I looked at my second draft once we made a minor tweak to it and I could hardly even believe it was me! Now if only I could get an interview, but the timing of doing this around the holidays hasn't been ideal.
