Have paid for a sofa I’ve never received! No refund!
I had previously bought a sofa from this company when they went by OLPA sofas and it was a dream sofa. I had to sell when I moved house and decided to repurchase the same sofa when I moved house again. All was fine, I was told I would have an email in a couple of days with a delivery date. After a week of not hearing anything I was then told they were having “technical difficulties” waited another 2 weeks, to then be told due to brexit they’re having issues with deliveries? They said they had over 400 sofas stuck in their warehouse in the EU and are now shutting the company down. 4 weeks ago they told me they were just checking if another courier could organise delivery and would get back to me the next day. They turned off live chat on their page, their phone number doesn’t even exist, no response to emails for 4 weeks. I’ve been requesting a refund, nothing. I’ve even asked if I could have the address to arrange collection myself, nothing.
I don’t know what happened to this company when TopSofas took over but I will now have to try and get our money back through PayPal. And their website is still accepting orders?! Stay clear from this company. Unbelievably disappointed. They will be reported to trading standards.
