Item is top quality as one expects from KASK. Very fashionable too. As a wearer of glasses, the integrated visor system offers a real solutions to the likes of me. The Elite Pro is my favourite model due to the carbon look of the helmet.
Top Snow Shop was amazing. They have responded to my Whats App almost instantly, and managed to post it out immediately, which is usually a challenge on Friday at 5 pm (I am a UK buyer) to avoid delays!
Arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Thank you.
For UK buyers, please note that when you buy from Top Snow Shop; VAT is removed when you put UK address. This means the VAT is paid when it arrived in the UK (plus import duty of ~£5, plus Parcel force handling charge of £12). Despite all of this; still works out cheaper than buying it from the UK!

Top Snow Shop has proven to be an honorable and honest company. I ordered a helmet, which was not delivered in time, but to no fault of Top Snow Shop. They were helpful and patient with my request to refund it once it gets returned to the store. Whereas I was not able to use their product, I am very happy with their customer service support. Thank You!

I was shopping & noticed there are NO bad reviews. none, zero! then I checked reviews on a blouse I liked (38 5star reviews) & got back a message: no reviews yet. how can they do this?

I bought a nice helmet as a Christmas present for my girlfriend from Topsnowshop. I could'nt find the helmet she wanted in Denmark but Topsnowshop had it on sale for a really good price. Unfortunately it did'nt fit her well, so we had to send it back. I live in Denmark so shipping costs to the Netherlands is quite expensive and besides the cancellation period had long since expired.

I wrote a mail to Topsnowshop and got a nice respond short after from the owner Floris: returning the item and getting a refund was "no problem" he said. We had a good conversation and I shared my concerns about shipping. Floris was very understanding and helpful, and he even offered to buy a "pick-and-return-order" for me which saved me 50% on shipping costs! All I had to do was to pick a day, and then GLS came to my address to pick up the helmet and then returned it to Topsnowshop.

Today I received full refund and I'm really grateful. Thanks for personal and extraordinary service.

If I ever get to buy a helmet again, I'll check Topsnowshop first. I give Topsnowshop my best and warmest recommandations!

Quick respond on email and when calling on the phone, the service is very good. Lisa provided with great help. I bought the Casco Ski Goggle FX. I can only recommend this shop to anyone, at any time!!!
