3 but 2 Exchange

I order three hats and was told by email that two can only be exchanged. I tried calling today and left voicemail on how to exchange the two hats and receive a refund. At this point I would like to receive a store credit, so I find other items in my husband size. I haven't received any emails regarding my call and follow up to the refund that I was granted. No sheet or label was attached to the email.

Time is on your side

The item I ordered shipped incredibly fast considering the shipping was free. I also like the hassle free checkout process there website has. There are no brick and mortar of these stores around here so this is my first experience and I'm definitely coming back.

FAST Shipping, great price!

I ordered some high top Converse, and they were the lowest price I could find online ($10 less than anywhere else) and I got them in 4 days! Shoes showed up in great condition as well.
