Great service! Still terrible car park.
Great service. Excellent professional attitude. This time we spent a bit more of waiting time at the airport awaiting for the shuttle bus, but I wouldn't consider as a major downside.
The only complaint as it's been going for years is the dusty/muddy car park which is a terrible image presentation especially to all international travellers!!!

The car that was given to me was great!A VW Arteon S/W diesel.Although i had booked a Touareg Diesel and the call center told me it was fine to rent with my debit card..however I was about 2 hours at the rental desk waiting for a solution because Touareg could only be rented with Credit card.I would expect better information guidance but it's ok.The guy ar the rental desk was very helpful and did everything to find a quick solution.Many thanks to him.

€150 for a scratch on a wheel cover is quite expensive. At least the insurance saved us €10, costing €54 in total (€10.80 per day).
By the way, part of the website was still showing outdated, lower prices.

In your case, the applicable charge for the damaged wheel cover was €150, as per our official tariff for this type of component. This is a standardized cost that reflects the replacement and administrative handling involved.
We would also like to highlight that you had selected our additional Top Protection coverage. This product significantly reduces the customer’s financial liability in case of damage and is specifically designed to limit unexpected costs. Thanks to this coverage, your responsibility was reduced and capped at the amount applied. Without Top Protection, the financial responsibility for such damage would have been considerably higher, in line with the standard rental terms and conditions.
Our insurance options are created to give customers flexibility between lower upfront cost and reduced risk during the rental period. While we understand that any charge related to damage can be disappointing, the purpose of our protection packages is precisely to minimize such expenses and provide peace of mind.

This is the first time I've had a bad experience since using your services. To receive the car, we had to wait almost 3 hours in the office near the airport. The reason given by the employees for the delay was that it was a public holiday and they had fewer staff to handle a large number of reservations.
How could such a situation have occurred?
I supposed that normally, a company like this maintains the necessary staff based on the number of reservations.
I remained completely baffled.

New cars. Friendly and accommodating staff.For some reason my credit card pin didn't work for the deposit . I spend an hour on the phone dealing with my bank. The person behind the counter was patient despite the very busy day . I got the cat .In six days broth it back clean and fueled up . No problems at all.

I recently rented a Hyundai i20…
I recently rented a Hyundai i20 automatic from Sofia Airport for four days, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
The pick-up process at the airport was smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary delays. The car itself was in great condition—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for city driving as well as short trips in Sofia. The automatic transmission made driving effortless, especially in traffic.
Fuel efficiency was impressive, and the size of the Hyundai i20 made parking in the city very convenient. Despite being a compact car, it was comfortable and offered enough space for luggage and passengers.
The return process was just as easy, with clear instructions and quick handling by the staff. Overall, it was a hassle-free rental experience with great value for money, despite the fact that I delivered the car with a delay and I managed to arrive at the airport while my flight was in boarding process and I had to run a lot not to miss it. Fortunately I managed to fly!!!
I would definitely recommend this option to anyone visiting Sofia and looking for a reliable, comfortable, and easy-to-drive car.
