Lying company and worst service in australia
Had major problems with these people selling faulty products first time round, when they were called Church and Dwight. Would no longer buy off them because they lied so much about faulty products (though finally refunded when I threatened to go to the ACCC) so this time went to Toppik Australia, who it turns out are THE SAME PEOPLE. This time paid for item and not delivered. Worst lying customer service in Australia. Finally got through to their telephone number and got a receptionist called Kym who did nothing but argue. She had no intention of putting me through to anyone, then told me there was no-one there. This company should be deregistered and all the people who deal with the public should be taken out and shot.
