I wanted to know how many Elite Access Funded Accounts I could have at the same time. I first got an email directing me to a self help page. Which was very helpful. Also Ash responded with the answer in less than 5 minutes. Wow! I am so impressed with Toponefutures. They give you the tools to find your answers and you also get an email from a real person. So between the two information sources. You will get your answers.

Outstanding Support — Ahmad is a savior, an Angel!
I recently ran into some stressful issues with my Tradovate account logins and hit a wall with the KYC verification process. I reached out to Top One Futures support, and Ahmad stepped in to help. He was incredibly responsive, walked me through the fixes, and got everything resolved smoothly. He honestly turned out to be an angel and a total savior when I was completely stuck. It is rare to find a prop firm with customer service this dedicated. Highly recommend!
