I had an account issue
I had an account issue, where i misunderstood the account rules. When I contacted support, the agent Sam assisted me. He helped me understand the rules, but also provided me with a great resolution. He acted quickly and promptly - such great customer service.

Top one futures is one of the best prop firm out there with their affordable prices for eval accounts. I have always gone over them until I gave it a try and my experience has been amazing. The support team is professional and nice and willing to go over and beyond to help in every way possible. Big shout out to Madryx who was patient with helping me resolve my issue with my accounts. I would definitely recommend TOF to any trader.

Just got the $50,000 funded account and I had a problem with my verification process so I messaged the help center and I got a reply within a minute from Alves, and my guy made it super easy and was able to get my verification processed by the back office team and within a few hours my account was verified!

Been trading with TOF for quite awhile, everything are great! payouts are on time too! Had some issues with the dashboard but the team solved it very quick! Alves helped me in a timely manner and resolved it.
